Very good. Server was excellent

Placed $53 online order for curbside pickup on new years eve. Said arrive by 8:28. I arrived AND fully checked in at 8:27. Waited 11 minutes in car and nothing. So I walked in and I'll admit it looked a little busy. I proceeded to wait another 11-12 minutes before finally seeing the person clearly in charge of takeout hand someone else a bag that was nowhere to be seen for the 11-12 minutes I was waiting in the front entrance just to the left. She apologized for the wait and asked for the name and went to back, and boxed up my food and came back and handed it to me and apologized again for the wait. I said I understand, things happen, as long as my food is hot.

I'll start with what was acceptable and passed. The lobster chowder soup and the entree combo with shrimp and salmon. Nothing to complain or say much about.

Caesar salad, I was not provided with any dressing. The little cup that should have sat in the lid clearly was not there and forgotten. The funion was lumpy not quite soggy and had no crispness at all for being fried and was definitely barely even warm at all.

FYI, I drove only 7 min to pickup and go back to the hospital where I was.
I understand people make mistakes and don't always get it right, but after waiting a long time, and 2 of the 4 dishes we could not even enjoy or get to have.

We were disappointed because we were hungry and usually anything taste good when you are really hungry.

This was my first visit to LongHorn and it did not disappoint!! Food was delicious! We started with the Texas Tonion and finished up with the Outlaw Ribeye and Salmon. Our waitress was wonderful! She was kind and attentive. All around a great experience. Will definitely be going back. Thank you!

Kenya and Blair provided the best service ever!

The manager and hostess on the other hand were very unpleasant to deal with.

We did have a large party of 15 and we waited almost 2 hours to be seated. Knowing they do not take reservations it’s expected to have to wait no problem. The manager who was working the hostess desk was very unpleasant. We saw people walk out due the service they received at the hostess desk from her. It’s a shame the front manager doesn’t provide the same customer service of the waitstaff.

Kenya and Blair took care of us, we had a large party and they were crushing it. They made up for the terrible communication of the hostess.

It’s been many years that we go the restaurant. The food at LongHorn Steakhouse was good as always, but the service was disappointing. This was our first time ever being given the bill in the middle of our meal, before we had even finished eating. We weren’t asked if we wanted dessert or given a chance to enjoy the rest of our food, which made us feel rushed. Overall, the experience could have been much better with more attentive service

The atmosphere has steadily declined. We keep saying we won't be back but then after a few months forget how disappointing our experiences have been lately. 🤦‍♀️ The quality of steaks has gone downhill for me, the sirloin that I have gotten the last few times were so tough they were difficult to cut. The servers are doing their best and we appreciate them but management just doesn't care about the customer experience. Our server last night was seated 5 tables back to back. I know because I watched it happen! She did great but was stretched to the max and some small things fell through the cracks.

First time and food was delicious!! For the prices it had better be great! Service was not good but waitress was handling a lot of tables at one time and didnt have time to explain things to us. Felt rushed ! Took awhile to be seated and no one else was waiting before us. Person at door was missing for quite awhile, atleast 10 min wait.

We dined on 12/26/25 on a busy Friday evening. Our server, Lexi, was amazingly efficient and super friendly. The meal was properly coursed and served in a very timely manner. I went with Lexi's recommendation of the Ribeye, and it far exceeded the quality and flavor of any steak I have had before. Watching the dining room, I could see the very well-run and managed efficacy of all team members at the establishment. We, including my wife who works in a restaurant, were beyond impressed with the quality and flavor of our meal. Oh, and we highly recommend the Brussel Sprouts as a side!

We went here recently for dinner and it was packed. There were 4 of us and we jumped on their waiting list for approximately 10 minutes before we were called. It appears their turn around is fairly quick. We were sat down at a booth, and our waiter immediately greeted us. He took our drink and appetizer orders, and came back to take our dinner order. I tried the by strip steak which had multiple pepper seasonings medium well. I do not personally like anything less then this. Just my personal preference. While waiting for our food, our waiter continued to check on us. When my steak arrived it was cooked just like I enjoy it. The multiple pepper seasonings in my opinion was slightly a little much, however overall I enjoyed it. Everyone else's food was enjoyed as well. I decided on trying the chocolate stampede. Consisted of 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and I believe 6 different flavors of chocolate. I could be wrong on the amouny. When the desert came out I was stunned of how delicious this was delicious.

First of all the service was impeccable! Waitor was attentive, kind and anticipated everything before we even knew we needed it! The steaks for those of us that got them were PERFECT!! Everything else on the other hand was unimpressive. Appetizers ( onion petals & wild west shrimp) were very over salted. Crispy Brussels were anything but crispy, they were soggy and drenched in oil. Hamburgers were subpar, very thin and under seasoned. The atmosphere was okay, for some reason on this visit it seemed unusually darker In the restaurant. We will most likely be back because this is a relatives favorite spot for meeting, although I hope there are some improvements from this visit!

Our Bartender/Manager/Server was AMAZING! We have had the pleasure of her being our Server in the past as well, as we often times prefer to sit in the bar area. Our food was amazing as it ALWAYS is, and the service we received was amazing!
