The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the restuarant space is inviting and comfy casual. Do yourself a favor and stop by Maggie's.

They have great sandwiches. The lettuce/tomato/onion ratio to the meat is always off. I have to ask for extra. My only problem is the bread. It has the same texture and consistency as white bread like Wonder. I would suggest upping the quality of the bread. Maybe something like semolina bread.

I found Maggie's kinda by accident and I am so glad I did. The person behind the counter was friendly and helpful. My sandwich was stuffed full of goodness and rye bread was absolutely delicious. The handcrafted ginger ale was refreshing with a nice bite of natural ginger flavor. I even took some bottles home. The icing on the cake was the cozy outdoor dining space filled with flowers!

What a unique and special place. Made to feel like a valued customer the moment we walked in and were extended a warm greeting. A staff member asked if first visit and made several suggestions after we expressed some preferences. The best ham sandwich (full of meat on a Kaiser roll) I've ever eaten, delicious cream of lobster soup, locally created ginger ale and vanilla cream soda while topped off with a delicious root beer float (again locally created root beer) made this quite a fondly memorable meal. Highly recommend this hideaway.

The meatball is great! The 51st sub was fine. In my opinion, its definitely hyped up. I wouldn't go there again but it was worth trying!
Great sandwich shop. Had their summer special with ham and a peach/apple relish. Sandwich was really good. Packed with ham and the sauces weren’t overpowering. Can’t wait to try the rest of the sandwiches and try their homemade soda.

I've walked by this place dozens of times and it always looked bleak from the windows looking in. But I'm glad I finally tried it! Right away the inside is much brighter than it appears to be from the outside. Lots of fun Fredericksburg centric decor with enough seating. My chicken salad sandwich was flavorful and tasty. All menu items sound good. Menu was easy to read. Lots of good looking bottles drinks too. All around positive experience!
