I ordered over the phone, person that answered was nice and polite. I arrived and was greeted immediately. Service was timely. When I got to sit down and eat I was disappointed in the food. The bread was good but the meat was dry and the cheese was non-existent. The au jus tasted old and burnt. The broccoli is the only thing that I was happy with. It was my first time trying their food. I won't be going back for that particular item but I do like giving a second chance, so I might try something in the near future.

We really enjoyed our visit. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our orders came out within 5 or 10 minutes. We all ordered something different and everyone was impressed. The ingredients were top notch and the bread was awesome. We visited at around 1130 on a weekday. The restaurant was not very busy.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I am a coach for a collegiate field hockey team and we stopped at McAlister's on the way to a game. The manager was super accommodating on the front end for ordering and really went above and beyond once we came in to pick up our food and eat. They brought out water for everyone and even gave the players cookies prior to our departure. The food was great ...and always is, but the customer service and overall hospitality won us over. We will always pitstop at McAlister's when we can. Definitely stop in when you can; you won't regret it!

LAST PICTURE 📸 This place will knock out panera bread in about 8 years. If they keep the prices lower and exceed quality of sandwiches and big!! potatoes!!! It does not the staff to meet demand. They will make up for it !! No need to complain they fix it on spot!!! Get the potatoe angus and that club!!

I ordered the beef au jus and a salad - went to pick it up this evening on my bike. 20-20 hindsight had me realizing that ordering au jus while making a pickup on a BIKE isn’t the smartest idea. But I thought, oh well, I’ll figure it out.
Got to the restaurant and received my order from a very kind worker (didn’t get the name unfortunately). I had a drawstring bag and put the food in the bag, thinking that by the time I get home, I’ll probably have au jus dripping down my back.
Made it home and opened the order. No au just leaked AT ALL. They had it packaged so well!! Saran Wrapped and everything!
Don’t get me started on the flavor! So good! Can’t wait to come again and take my family!

This was my first time eating here. I was impressed with the restaurant cleanliness, and the ease of reading the menu to place my order. I enjoyed the food quality, portions, and presentation. The front staff were either taking orders, serving, or checking to see if you were in need of anything. I will definitely be returning!

My husband & I are regular customers at mcalisters & we have noticed that the customer service has progressively gotten worse ! Today my husband recieved a coupon through the rewards for 20 % off & the employee Dom refused to take & he is EXTREMELY RUDE & told the cashier that there is nothing he can do about it that the coupon can ONLY be used in the App! Then he brought the food out & was rude & threw the silverware down & when I told him we looked up on the phone. & the coupon can be used at any time he wanted to argue with me. I want a call from the owner please! This is unacceptable! I asked for a refund & left.

Clubs are huge. Be sure to get a spud with extra rotel/cheese. The peach mango tea is a little too sweet for my liking but still good. Waitstaff are very pleasant
