Stood in the lobby waiting for someone for 10 minutes as a group of people gathered behind me, also waiting. None of the staff, including the manager, seemed to care about the customers in the lobby. If yall can't handle the lobby and drive thru at the same time, close the lobby down. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

I rarely write a review for fast food places but I’m making an exception here.
This has to be the worst McDonald’s on the planet when it comes to getting orders correct.
Today I ordered a happy meal for my daughter and a deluxe quarter pounder for myself.
Every time I come here they forget the apple slices that come with the Happy Meal so today I asked the girl at the drive through if they included them. She looked me dead in the eye and said, “Yes, I put them in there.”
So I pulled forward and checked. She lied to my face lol. So now I have to go inside and get the damn Apple slices.
On top of that I get home and my burger is missing the lettuce and tomato’s that I PAID FOR.
The management here is not doing a great job. Luckily there is a ton of fast food places near by.
If you order anything from the place… DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING.

Don’t know what’s wrong here but their screen is never on so there is no way to know if the order you just placed is being prepared or not. Staff is not helpful and loves to chat more than work. Never purchasing here again

I went through the drive through and the menu wasn't up, only the person in front of me orders was on the screen. I asked for the menu on the screen. He replied back you don't know what you order. I replied I will order when I get the menu. This adult man than took an order behind me, which had an menu on the screen and told this customer to drive around, and around the curves. This was an adult man. Never going back to this establishment with adults acting this way.

I've had problems with this location in the past but Sophie and Devon got it done for me today. They made sure my order was accurate and got me out in record time while still providing excellent service! Thank you to you both!!

By far the worst McDonalds ever. I have not had a single time my order hasn’t been wrong. One time I ordered a double quarter pounder and they only had one patty. The most recent issue they didn’t even include my fries in the bag for my uber eats (only ordering because I had surgery and can’t drive). Worst of all they never answer the phone and there staff is always stoned. Once again, a complete worthless location.
