Go to this McDonald’s if you want to be ignored at the drive through, go inside and not get everything you paid for. Then have to ask employees for your items multiple times and be made to feel like the biggest nuisance for interrupting the group of employees who cant believe they didn’t give you yet a third item that you already paid for.

Customer service sucks. Lady handing me what I paid for around 1:20pm on Sat, Aug 16th at the second window was super rude. I had a question about my order and she yanked my order out of my hands to fix it. Y'all need to get it together. I will be speaking with the Manager.

As an Uber driver, I went to pick up an order from this McDonald’s. I entered and waited for someone to ask me if I needed help. A black girl with a blue shirt who looked pregnant was looking at her phone and was behind the counter. I asked her if they were working on my order that I was there to pick up, and instead of saying something to me like we are working on your order now, she said that she was “off the clock, unfortunately”. I was taken aback by that how rude and ridiculous- she couldn’t even look to tell me whether or not they were infact working on the order, no help from anyone except the lovely wonderful white lady who wore a mask and had straight hair who was another manager- she was kind, she spoke nicely to me and everyone else, she told me how sorry she was and that they were working on my order. The moral of the story is to teach your other managers and workers how to have respect! I did NOT walk in there and shove my phone in anyone’s face; I calmly waited for my turn by the online order window! I was not in a hurry, but would’ve liked to be acknowledged!
