This is the FOURTH time that the employees at this locations have failed at putting products into a bag. Corporate needs to secret shop this place and fail management for hiring employees that can't read or follow directions. They are blaming doordash because they continuously forget to put products in a bag. Not sure how the driver is at fault.

I was at the drive thru at 10:28am, got up to the window at 10:29am on the dot, saw the screen change before my eyes and was denied breakfast with an extreme attitude. Wow! Rude as heck! Couldn’t even spare a minute wow.

Awful McDonald's worst I've ever been to. Took 45 mins to make a doordash order and I was like 3rd in line at the drive thru. Saw the girl working there dance around with the doordash sticker not caring at all about their customers in the slightest. Absolute garbage McDonalds night crew should be fired. It takes alot to upset me I've waited upwards of 20 mins sometimes 30 for a doordash order. But this McDonald's doesn't give a single crap about their customers they are more interested in playing around and doing nothing. Will never ever go here again. Automatic blacklist

Why is it every single time I come here I have to go to the reserve space and wait for my order? They give me my drink and tell me to go to reserve. All I ordered was 2 cheeseburgers!! Everytime I come here the same thing.

Bad experience. Asked for the big breakfast..was charged for hotcakes and sausage..told manager to fix it he started to argue instead of fixing it...wanted to charge al a cart for the additional items that was missing which was more then the meal... got a refund...but that experience was the tip of the iceberg...there is always a problem when I come.. and who the heck orders a cheeseburger with no bun..I sure didn't..I was supposed to get nuggets... that McDonald's turned me off to the whole chain... for a while.. I'll spend my money somewhere else..

Its a shame, this seems to be the only McDonalds that doesn't serve you a greasy soggy hashbrown, I just cant get past the attitudes of certain people who work here. They definitely need a course in proper customer service. Especially the lady with the teeth, you know who you are ? doesnt matter anyway now that i will never return this this store.

Worst customer service ever so far. I have been eating at this place for about two years now every time I get off work, but today was the worst. Food was cold fries were cold drink was warm rude customer service never going back to this place ever again. Burger was very very cold. Not even cooked. Halfway fries were hard as a fucking rock. I won't even step foot in another McDonald's ever again.

I order from this McDonalds often via delivery and pick-up... about 80% of the time my items are usually incorrect and/or they forget to add a single sauce on the side to meals that need them. I've politely talked to them about this in person as well and the employees always have an attitude. Two times this week I've ordered a nugget meal through GrubHub and both times no straw or sauces for dipping. It's frustrating.It seems like the employees get a kick back if they deliberately leave out your sauces...and god forbid you ask for an extra sauce at the window, they'll berate you...

i love this mcdonalds. the food is warmmmmm. visit this guys please bro. the workers are nice and sometimes cute. they even have the computers to order on. if you eat in there is a table in the back that has a touch screen game.

This McDonald's is honestly a hit or miss, but mostly a miss. I've been going here since it first opened and I decided to share my opinion based on facts. Food quality is not bad for the most part. It has two drive thrus but had multiple incidences where they take orders from one and ignore the other. I had multiple incidences when 3+ cars that arrived after that were attended first. Lines can get extremely long. One time I chose to pick up in store to avoid the line (had a real small order and didn't want to waste gas waiting in drive thru) only to have the doors locked. So I had to join the long drive thru for my order. I wouldnt even mind waiting for my order while inside, but what's the point of offering in-store pickup if that's not really an option? One of the employees even saw me and did nothing. But I don’t really blame them. I personally have rarely had the employees give a negative attitude. If anything, I blame the poor management for all this. Proper management is the backbone of a business, and if not implemented efficiently, then the quality of service plummets. In short: I'm not mad, just disappointed.
