I think the cashier did something with my card because now I’m having money taken out at the same place where she said another person said she was acting strange with her card so yes I want my money back I literally had 10 left and you took money from me to wash my child’s clothes yes I’ll be coming in to speak to a manager to solve this issue

I ordered on this Thursday 31th at around 11:45. I placed an order online and was on my way to pick it up through the drive thru drove 20 minutes there and back just for them to say that they weren’t making any orders and were closed until 2:00AM but they weren’t giving only doing DoorDash orders which does not make sense at all, if yall are not able to provide the service if should be updated in the app so customers don’t lose their time going to the place just to find out you’re not getting your food.

It’s Friday 25 2025 and some lady at the window is so rude for no reason and gave me the wrong order and and the lady the was taking my order put something different and if she’s not going to do her job right then she shouldn’t be taking orders

I ordered by mobile app, and everything went just fine, until it didn't. They had run out of Chicken Big Mac patties, yet no one informed the app. My order went through and was processed, but I couldn't get my food then the staff all of a sudden became incompetent and has zero answers for this unfortunate situation. I waited for the manager to come off her weed break (because that is what I smelt through my mask) only to be informed that my money should be refunded in 5-7 days. Wow, this is the first time I have experienced such a bad experience dealing with the McDonald app and this particular store.

If I could give this -10 stars I would. The night manager is a rude teenage boy named Brian. He has a serious attitude anytme you order online after 9pm, or try to use the drive through. Don't waste your time on this one go to any other fast food restaurant!

I was just at this location to get breakfast before going into work at 4:15am September 20, 2024. Usually when I go to the drive through, they always tell me that their system is currently down and they take my order and I wait. This morning, she said that there system was down again and she didn’t take my order and I would have happily waited like I always do. But she rudely said to me in her own words “you know you can’t just sit there and wait, right “. I was only waiting there not even 3 minutes when she said that to me. So I told her, “ok, I’ll take my business elsewhere “. She said, “good you do that “. Where do these people get off treating others that way?

I went for an interview 3 days ago, was told to come back 2 hours later. Went back and the gm started talking down about the workers to me and declined me due to knowing one of the workers there
