I ordered by mobile app, and everything went just fine, until it didn't. They had run out of Chicken Big Mac patties, yet no one informed the app. My order went through and was processed, but I couldn't get my food then the staff all of a sudden became incompetent and has zero answers for this unfortunate situation. I waited for the manager to come off her weed break (because that is what I smelt through my mask) only to be informed that my money should be refunded in 5-7 days. Wow, this is the first time I have experienced such a bad experience dealing with the McDonald app and this particular store.

If I could give this -10 stars I would. The night manager is a rude teenage boy named Brian. He has a serious attitude anytme you order online after 9pm, or try to use the drive through. Don't waste your time on this one go to any other fast food restaurant!

I was just at this location to get breakfast before going into work at 4:15am September 20, 2024. Usually when I go to the drive through, they always tell me that their system is currently down and they take my order and I wait. This morning, she said that there system was down again and she didn’t take my order and I would have happily waited like I always do. But she rudely said to me in her own words “you know you can’t just sit there and wait, right “. I was only waiting there not even 3 minutes when she said that to me. So I told her, “ok, I’ll take my business elsewhere “. She said, “good you do that “. Where do these people get off treating others that way?

I went for an interview 3 days ago, was told to come back 2 hours later. Went back and the gm started talking down about the workers to me and declined me due to knowing one of the workers there

I love this location. I frequent it often. However if there is going to be a situation where orders are being taken there should be a sign placed in the door. I ordered online and pulled up to get my food and was told their systems were down and they wouldn't be serving me. However I watched as another car pulled up after me and got their online order. I'm not sure what the issue was but this has made me weary of this location.

Stopped by this location for the first time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. And the burgers were hot. I would recommend this location.
This store is ALWAYS filthy in the dining room or smells like a wet dog when they do decide to mop. The ice, lids and straws are always empty tables are never cleaned and staff hides in the new kitchen now since it is a big wall because they dont want to deal with customers at the register

The manager at this place is super rude, handing me my sause. He even tried charging me for a few packets of ketchup for the fries I just got. The customer behind seen it all and ended up getting into an argument with that same manager. Instead of the manager trying to look cool he should try to provide good service to his customers.

I ordered a 20 piece nugget, a mc.chicken with pickles and no lettuce , a cheese burger with no pickles and only ketchup 2 Ranch and a buffalo cup, I was 2 nuggets short. No sauce. They put pickles on the cheese burger and no ketchup. lettuce with no pickles on the Mc.chicken. Not to mention they gave me a spicy mc.chicken. Plus food was cold. They did everything the opposite. Never again .
