I thought this McDonald's was a good one, ineed as the front counter cashier was helpful, prompt, nice, friendly and courteous. Plus, for the store being in a busier section of Washington DC it was well maintained, super clean along with their food being very fresh and also delicious.

The redhead guy working in the kitchen came to wait on me. When I said something to him about it being so cold in the dining room. He said it was broke. I said it warm in kitchen. He walked away without asking me what sauce I wanted. When we said something else he yelled get out of my face, get out of here over and over again. Everyone in kitchen heard him especially the women working in kitchen. That guy has NO BUSINESS WORKING IN A FAST FOOD RESURANT DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS THE WAY HE DOES..RUDE!!!!!!

Myself and my children just moved close by and needed to find somewhere to eat. We ordered and decided to eat our food there. It was clean and quiet. The food was ready fast and tasted good. No complaints!

Horrible service experience. I went through the drive-thru and the staff had bad attitudes from the start. When I got my food, there was a dreadlock hair on my bucket, completely completely disgusting! Regardless if its on the food or not, wrap that up! When I pointed it out, one girl mocked me saying “oh no boohoo it’s contaminated,” and the manager was just as unprofessional. They handed me another bucket way too fast, like they just took the hair off and gave me the same one. Everyone was laughing like it was a joke. Clearly no pride or professionalism here. I’ll be going to another McDonald’s from now on.

This store is gotten absolutely ridiculous. If you are gonna be advertised as 24 hr then be open 24 hr. Attempted to get some breakfast at 4:50 am but NOONE responded to the drive thru. And when I tried to call the store they wouldn't answer the phone.

Ordered delivery from this McDonald's, it wasn't my own personal pick, I know not to order from here at night, But the large fry box was barely filled and my onions were burnt on my burger, 2 triple cheese, on top of that they also look like they've been folded or something.
10/22/25 I ordered 1 big Mac with extra meat and no pickle instead I got someone else's order. I'm at work and I can't leave. I feel so bad for whoever ordered this. This McDonald's needs to be shutdown, this is my second complaint. Again this isn't my go to this is just what doordash gives me.
