We dined in and everything was great! You can't go wrong with McDonald's! The employee brought us our food wearing a friendly face. I observed another employee cleaning and had a very pleasant appearance while he was working. It's always nice to see someone happy at their job!!Kid-friendliness: McDonald's is a great place for kids. I really like the way they now make a mini french fry container verses the paper bag they formerly provided! And they just feel inviting for families of all ages!

Each location is different - we went to the one nearest UMW. The service was great - servers were friendly & the food/drinks were fine. This is one of the better locations.

Just went through the drive through and ordered a fry for my friend. Then I immediately parked and walked in to order another fry for myself. I get back into the car and notice that both fries are basically half full. I watched the lady who I'm guessing is the manager make my fry. I confronted her and after I get my fry full back I was told that "if I come back in there and try to give her a half of a fry she's not going to be able to do anything to fix the issue".... She is automatically blaming and pointing fingers at myself and my friend. They should Def learn to own up to their mistakes. I DO NOT appreciate the ignorance nor the disrespect straight to my face.

Terrible customer service! Ordered a chicken sandwich without pickles. When I got the sandwich it had pickles. Went back to the counter asked them to correct the issue. The worker told me it’s not there problem. Guess you have to go to BK to have it your way. Thank you Mc Donald’s you ruined my dinner! Ignorant employee or is that your policy?

Came here last night with a mobile order. Lady at the window immediately tells me they’re closed with an attitude. Keep in mind I got there before the piece of paper on the speaker said they were having maintenance. (Couldn’t have possibly known since the app let me place an order) When I said I had a mobile order though she just started snapping so ofc I snapped back. Everybody’s big and bad behind their little earpiece I guess ?? Normally never had a problem with this location but I guess they just hire dense people now LOL

Staff was absolutely awful. Beyond rude. I went to grab a coffee, the individual at the drive through said they didn't sell them. Then another employee got on the microphone and was beyond rude and disrespectful. When I finally got my coffee order, they asked park. I literally sat there for 20 mins and watched several cars grab their food and go. I sat there for 20 mins for a drink. I ended up just leaving without getting my coffee. Absolutely awful experience and downright disgusting customer service. Save your time and money.

Since you no longer deal with employees except when they call out your order number you basicly do your own work except cook your own meal.
