If you want a real burger experience, Sonic Drive is where it’s at. I’m talking about the Supersonic Double Cheeseburger huge, juicy, fresh, and packed with flavor. For the same $17 I spent at McDonald’s, you get TWO massive burgers that’ll actually fill you up. Each one is big enough to satisfy you, unlike McDonald's tiny, bland Deluxe Quarter Pounder. These things were so small, I finished them in two bites and still felt like I was hungry.
McDonald's used to be good, but honestly, they’ve dropped the ball lately. The Quarter Pounder was disappointing, both in size and taste. It's like they took a burger, shrunk it, and forgot to add flavor. If you want quality and value, Sonic is the winner hands down. Don’t waste your money at McDonald's when you can get a real burger at Sonic.

waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot after ordering on the app. walked in and they hadn’t even started making the order. we had to show them our emails and they said there was a wait. had to go back and make some fries. while we waited, two of the employees just laughed and walked around and started screaming about how they wanted to go home. one of them yelled in the back he wanted to leave then said he shouldn’t have said that… not even any sort of remedy to fix it other than making us late for an appointment.

Lady at the counter will give you an empty cup for water, but the water is behind the counter so you can’t even fill your own water.
If you go and fill it with the closest thing to water, she’ll find the energy to tell you to pay for it while serving a line of hungry customers.
People this dumb shouldn’t work at this establishment 🤷‍♂️

This Mcdonalds was AMAZING! A specific worker really stood out to me and her name is Donna. She was the sweetest person ever and made sure me and my mother’s order was satisfying. She even complimented us! Her work ethic is flawless and she has the kindest soul. When she takes your order it is in amazing hands.

Watched 20 cars leave the drive-thru before mine was attempted to be made. Their automatic screen said they had a certain frappe but they didn't. Then when I repeat to the employee three times no whipped cream on the substitute frappe he still manages to add whipped cream. Then i hear him say it can still be fixed as he scoops the whipped cream off. The manager yells we aint got that it was a limited time item. The manager was also yelling at customers in the drive-thru as well. Worst experience ever. 15 mins to get cold food given to me.

Ordered a Large Double Quarter Pounder meal and Kid’s 6 piece Chicken Nugget meal. Only to have hair on the nuggets and burger. Coke was watered down, bun was stale and burnt and the fries looked like they were from day before. Chicken nuggets way overcooked. Not very appealing and very gross. Service was very slow considering I was the third car in line. A big waste of my money and loss of appetite.

Went through the drive thru at 10:49am. The service that myself and my family received was not right at all. For starters she never said a single word when getting to the window, my mother had issues with the card reader and instead of assisting she sets my card on the brick ledge and shut the window. Then proceeded to say we are taking too long when all we needed was help. She proceeded to tell me that she is taking other orders and couldn’t help us, and that she didn’t care that she set my card on a brick ledge. This woman does not need to be working in the position of drive thru. It’s not even like it was crowded. If you can’t have multi-tasking responsibilities maybe you should reconsider your options when it comes to a job.

I was craving ice cream for national ice cream day but you know how that goes the ice cream machine is always down. I placed a mobile order Sunday July 20th 2025 at 3:17 PM, I HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER! I was highly disappointed because all i order was a large fry and drink! & as I was waiting I notice other customers had issues with their order. This is the worst mcdonald's in Fredericksburg!

They locked the doors at 7:30pm when they close dining at 10pm. They were acting very suspicious and acted as if they accidentally locked the doors when we asked in the drive thru. While giving our food to us they dropped our happy meal. The lady giving our food shut the drive thru window on us. We had no way to ask for missing ketchup and straw for the drink. Missing lettuce in burger.

I’ve gone to this Mc donalds 2 times today. Once thru the drive thru, and once inside. When I went the the drive thru all I ordered was a sweet tea, it took them 15 min to get it out to me. Then when I went inside later on, I was met with a bunch of angry customers, and a manager whom was literally yelling them. It took 30-45 minutes for me to get my big Mac and triple cheeseburger. The manager Shabon was in compitant, ignorant, and openly ignoring all of the customers inside, and proceeded to yell at his employees whom were trained for the front of the store , to “get in the back, and make food” when he was doing absolutely nothing to help them. He also yelled at a women with a child when she simply asked for a refund after she had been standing waiting for her food then entire time I was. The manger NEEDS to be fired.
