Went through the drive thru at 10:49am. The service that myself and my family received was not right at all. For starters she never said a single word when getting to the window, my mother had issues with the card reader and instead of assisting she sets my card on the brick ledge and shut the window. Then proceeded to say we are taking too long when all we needed was help. She proceeded to tell me that she is taking other orders and couldn’t help us, and that she didn’t care that she set my card on a brick ledge. This woman does not need to be working in the position of drive thru. It’s not even like it was crowded. If you can’t have multi-tasking responsibilities maybe you should reconsider your options when it comes to a job.

I was craving ice cream for national ice cream day but you know how that goes the ice cream machine is always down. I placed a mobile order Sunday July 20th 2025 at 3:17 PM, I HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER! I was highly disappointed because all i order was a large fry and drink! & as I was waiting I notice other customers had issues with their order. This is the worst mcdonald's in Fredericksburg!

They locked the doors at 7:30pm when they close dining at 10pm. They were acting very suspicious and acted as if they accidentally locked the doors when we asked in the drive thru. While giving our food to us they dropped our happy meal. The lady giving our food shut the drive thru window on us. We had no way to ask for missing ketchup and straw for the drink. Missing lettuce in burger.

I’ve gone to this Mc donalds 2 times today. Once thru the drive thru, and once inside. When I went the the drive thru all I ordered was a sweet tea, it took them 15 min to get it out to me. Then when I went inside later on, I was met with a bunch of angry customers, and a manager whom was literally yelling them. It took 30-45 minutes for me to get my big Mac and triple cheeseburger. The manager Shabon was in compitant, ignorant, and openly ignoring all of the customers inside, and proceeded to yell at his employees whom were trained for the front of the store , to “get in the back, and make food” when he was doing absolutely nothing to help them. He also yelled at a women with a child when she simply asked for a refund after she had been standing waiting for her food then entire time I was. The manger NEEDS to be fired.

Waited 15+ min for food in the drive through. Out of BBQ sauce, but failed to tell us until I had to go ask for some. They were just going to let us drive off without it.

Apparently when you order a drink it only comes halfway full. Manager stated that’s just how it’s made.. obviously a lie because I’ve ordered this many times and it always comes full. I don’t not recommend using this location. Workers are rude as well, and it has an awful odor ( not a food odor) like a bathroom odor.

Went to get some early lunch and we ordered a sandwich, 2 nuggets, and some french fries. We waited for 20 minutes while others were served before and after us in the drive thru. When we had someone go inside to see where our food was, our food was just sitting inside the bag on the counter.

The workers were talking, saw someone standing there, hid to the back, and continued talking. They had not even started on the fries for 20 whole minutes! We got a compensatory icecream, but we had places to be at and wasted much of our time. The slow time is mostly due to the workers just gossiping.

Slowest McDonald’s I have ever experienced. We waited for our food for 45 minutes when another disgruntled customer came in from the drive through to yell at an employee who had closed the drive through window in her face. She was yelling pretty aggressively, so we decided to just leave. The only thing we were able to get was our coffees, and they were clearly not make correctly! Corporate should really change the management here, or revisit their training policies.

This place was horrible. I was getting treated terribly by the manager! She was yelling at me and telling me that I was supposed to wait inside for my food when the other lady that I should go through the drive through. I understand I am only 16 but that gives you no right to be rude to me. Then while I was waiting inside, I witnessed someone spit in someone else’s food. Honestly, if you hate your job quit. But I advise you to not go to this McDonald’s and go to literally any other one! Rude staff and slow staff. They are also dirty they picked up a nugget off of the counter and just put it into the bag. Terrible experience all of the others are much better.
