One of the more marginal McDs in the area. Food took 20+ minutes, fountain machine had the wrong sodas loaded (ie Diet Coke put out normal coke; Coke Zero was out), machine was also broken with the root beer. Hand sanitizer machine broke. And the workers…just didn’t care. Poor customer service, etc.

this mcdonald’s is extremely slow, which i can normally understand given they’re right outside the mall. but today i waited almost 30 minutes before i got my food. i only ordered a large fry and a large drink. i wouldn’t mind waiting if it they needed to make another batch of fries, but i could see the fryers from the counter and they were constantly full of cooked fries.
i’m not the only person who waited a long time. several other customers came to the counter complaining about having to wait over 20 mins for their food as well. the employees seemed to only want to attend to the drive thru. not only that, but other customers in the restaurant had ordered nuggets, and even though they were able to place the order, they were informed 20 minutes after their order was placed that they had run out.
i also had to wait a very long time to even get the attention of an employee to help me with my order taking so long. i got my food pretty quick after complaining, but wasn’t given my receipt so i cannot leave a survey review about this location.
i wasted my entire lunch break just waiting for food, because the place is poorly managed. i’ve had some long wait times at mcdonald’s, but go almost walked out this time. i didn’t even get an apology or an explanation as to why my food was so late. i understand lunchtime is stressful, but even a simple sorry is better than nothing.

The girl in the drive through (seems very young) was very rude. I understand you may not love your job, but don’t take it out on me (a customer). You should always be hospitable. People these days are just so irritating!

Took a tour bus of 30 high school students through here on 10/22/24 around 7pm without any warning and the staff was AMAZING — so kind and courteous, and got all of us ordered and served in under thirty minutes!! Best service ever, they were so nice to all the kids and didn’t complain at all about the insane rush we surprised them with. Thank you team!!

Really should have "zero" as a rating on here because that's what I'd give it. Manager on duty used the bathroom (and flushed the toilet) but didn't wash her hands before going back on the line; however, she did stop to check her hair to see if she looked good before returning; there was dog poop outside one of the doors and the animal had tracked it inside the dining room - halfway to the restroom (you could see the paw prints); I mentioned this mess to a crew member but she obviously didn't give a hoot because the mess was still there when I left; the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in days. There was trash and dried up hand soaps all over the sinks, in the stalls; no one ever watches the front, it took 20 minutes to get a cup for the drink I bought; no one bothers to take any orders, if you don't know how to use the kiosks, they tell you it's high-time you learned; and there's any paper in the machines, so if you want a receipt you have to make your own.

I ordered on the app. The line for drive-thru was rapped around the building. Now also it has been 20 mins. So I go in. I was told my food wasn't started and I need to go in the drive-thru In order to get my food from 20 mins. Smh when ordering in the app shouldn't your food be ready to go regardless if I'm in the Drive-Thru or walking inside because I don't want to wait additional 20 more minutes that's 40 minutes past my food order

Women's restroom smelled pretty gross and was definitely dirty. They need to really wipe/wash things down in there. The drinks being produced from the machine inside (dine in) did not taste normal at all. The fries could've been better. The lady calling out order numbers looked like a customer because she had a grey hoodie on, unsure why since it was pretty warm. She took our receipt when it was ours from the kiosk. The kids enjoyed the play place though.
