Been to this store a couple of times. Have always had trouble with the drive thru. Problems with waiting a long time for my order, but today is the worst. The person handling the drive thru was only taking orders on one lane only. Two cars that got there after me , their orders were taken, while me and the person in front of me were skipped. Had to drive up to the pay window to put in my order. When I got home, one of my sandwich’s only had one bun and the drinks were not what I ordered. People can get orders wrong, but a bun left off and not taking orders, is the worst. Will not go to this Macdonald’s again.

This is a very disappointing location for this franchise. I ordered table service during my visit. Aside from one (1) instance where I actually received my order the other times the staff ignored my table order and neglected to even announce my name or order number. I honestly felt as though the employees were annoyed that I ordered in the first place. When I went to the counter my order was only half prepared after a fifteen (15) minute delay/wait. Additionally, I found that my order was not made to specifications. In my opinion, I would encourage anyone using thus location to be extra vigilant and double check their order.

They have all the orders on there screen as now serving but they have no orders ready.... This is a technique the manager does to trick there cooperate into thinking they are doing their jobs on time when they really aren't... 10 min waiting still haven't been talked to about the order I'm here to pick up....

This mcdonald's always gets the food wrong. Wish we had another one close because I hate it. No smiles from staff and very slow. Food was cold. If my kids didn't love McDonald's I would never go there.

Slowest McDonald's i been too in along while . 30 minute for 4 McDonald's, a fry and a drink. I see 10 or more card get good before mine.

I just went through the drive thru and at the speaker menu, I was rushed to go through my order by the person taking my order. After everything I said he responded with “that it” and “are you done”.

I then complete my order and proceed to the first window. I was met with a guy in a yellow shirt, brown and light brown locs, and coke bottle glasses. Doesn’t say anything and just holds his hand out. I hand him my card then he hand it back with no receipt, no communication to go to the next window, he just turns towards the register. After about 2-3 minutes he says “you can go on now”.

The second window I was met with a new young woman who treated me with respect and was just all around pleasant. She has my highest praise.

That said, I understand what I’m going to get from McDonalds, the quality is consistent. However, what keeps customers coming back is the hospitality. I can’t guarantee I’ll come back to this one and may give the McDonald’s by Walmart another shot.

Crazy to think your manage is giving customers attitude cause tbey picked up 3 mobile orders for their place of work. Just cause you don't like your job doesn't mean you can treat customers a type of way.

My last several visits have been marked by incredibly unprofessional behavior, ranging from being barely acknowledged at the drive through window to being treated like an annoyance when my food was made incorrectly.
In my most recent visit, the cashier in the 1st window opened the wrapper of the burger and touched it with his hands to check, and the young lady in the 2nd window was visibly annoyed when I asked for that burger to be remade...because a stranger touched my food.
I almost never have problems if I go inside, but the drive through experience has been some of the worst I've had in quite some time.
