Rude teens, slow,smiw, slow, slow, slow drive thru. Inconsistent food quality. Needs better management. The buck stops there. They hire staff...manage service...etc.

I stop here on Monday evenings often late before heading home. Usually the night crew is pretty good. But the crew that has been working over the last few weeks is pretty pitiful. Food not cooked right, ketchup slopped all over the outside of the buns. But tonight took the cake! Ordered a cheese burger my wife took 2 bits Said this burger has alot of pickles. She took it apart and they left the meat off the burger! This is just lazy! I mean I expect them to short items, not get the order right. But how do you leave the burger Patty off the burger!

Not going to this location again. Twice now they did not include my mcgriddle with my order. I filed a complaint and the only answer I got was, they are a franchise and it's up to them to refund you. Never got a refund last time, I'm not holding my breath this time.

Hard fries, two dry quarter patties, bread was extremely rough and hard, fountain drink tasted really watered down. I've been to this location twice with 2 horrible experiences. Won't go back

I am absolutely disgusted with whoever worked 02-14-2025 at 8:00am. I placed a mobile order and my Fiance went to pick it up. The lady that was helping the drive thru thought it was funny to keep calling him my name like he was a female…. He asked if it was funny to call him Alexis. Things got escalated and she told him to go to the 1st window while he was stuck in line. When he asked to speak to the manager and the manager on duty was absolutely rude… He pulled up to the last window just to be threatened that the worker was going to physically hurt him and threatened to call the police on him. This needs to be escalated and I want to speak with the district or zone leader for this store. I have not received any of our food or our money back. I work in the food industry and if anyone ever threatened a customer they would not have a job. Please reach out to me whenever you get the chance! Thank you…
