Ordered breakfast at 10:19 got in line before 10:30, don't know an exact, and waited a very long time to get the speaker at 10:38. Just to be told they can't give me my food because breakfast is over. Why wasn't my food ready beforehand.

Ordered on the app. Drive through lane was long and told our food had been thrown in the trash and that the app would automatically give a refund. Tried to order on the app at another McDonald’s and couldn’t. Had to return to this one to get them to mark our order „thrown in trash.“. Didn’t even get an apology from the manager even though we had to make a second visit. Why throw someone’s food in the trash when they are waiting in the drive through?

This is the dirtiest and slowest MCD I’ve been to in my life. I work down the road and waited in line for 30 min all for them to cancel my order w no apology or rectification. Got my food the other day and it was wet with sauce to where the box was soggy and had a weird smell. Tried a couple more times to verify this place sucks

I understand that this may not be much concern to others, but it’s an issue. While I was using the drive-thru, a server asked me to park my car. Unfortunately, the lady who brought me my food was incorrect. When I showed her my order, she informed me that she would be right back, but she never returned. Despite my patience, I decided to go inside the restaurant to inquire about the situation. However, I was met with an explanation of how busy they were. It’s puzzling how someone could forget to bring my food, especially since she kept walking past it, it’s concerning that no one has been notified about the error in my food order. So I was just left out there because of their mistake
Ordered a Big Mac meal , everything was cold. Looked like they had pre made it and kept. Not worth the money spent.

It's your typical McDonald's. The food is what it is, The servers were very nice although getting the food to me was a little on the slow side, the place was clean. It was just someplace to go quick that was off the highway on a long drive.
