I placed the order on line - arrived at the designated time - there was a woman steaming about being already 15 minutes after they said it would be ready (with a birthday party back home she said. Another 15 minutes and she collared a manager who came back and said it would be another five minutes - then I collared him and he hustled around and said they had never started the order! To their credit they reversed the charges on the Pizza, and it was pretty good. Because there was nobody with a phone back home they were frantic by the time I pulled in the driveway.

I’ve given this location a go 3 times now. The first time was fine - we had a larger group so the wait time was appropriate and the pizza was good. The second and third time, though? No. The second visit was just two of us and not only did the pizza take forever to come out, but when it finally came out, our small pizza was burnt. All you could taste was char. Fast forward to this past weekend 11/01, we went there prior to a ghost walk and it was my husband’s birthday (4 people total). We waited outside 25 minutes and were seated at 6:45. Our waiter (who was incredibly kind and attentive) took our drink and food orders at 6:50. One of our orders (wings) along with appetizers came out around 7:00 Our waiter informed us the to-go orders were backed up and our pizzas would take a while to be put in the oven. We asked for an ETA and he said about 30 min, we said that’s fine. At around 7:15 he came back and said he still wasn’t sure when they’d be going in, so we said since we are on a timeline, we can just get them in boxes to-go. Then, he came back at 7:35 stating the pizzas still hadn’t been placed in the oven, so we said alright if they’re not in by 7:45, we might have to leave since they take about 20 min to bake. He came back yet again at 7:45 and said they STILL had not gotten to our orders and asked if we wanted to just pay for the appetizers and leave. I want to say my problem was NOT with the waiter as it was out of his control and he was extremely apologetic, but the establishment needs to do better. By the time we left at 7:55, they still had not started our orders and were prioritizing to-go orders. Apparently this location only cares about carry out orders and patrons dining in can expect horrible food service and exorbitant wait times. Will likely not be coming back. Also, your “pretzel bites” are parmesean bread bites. Not sure why you’d label them pretzels when they have zero salt… but I digress.

This is by far the worst restaurant in town. We have ordered from here multiple times and every single time the order is messed up. I just waited over an hour for our pizzas to go that we were told would take 20 mins, so they gave it to us for free, to find out the pizza was made wrong for a child with allergies. I called back to discuss with the manager again and they put me on hold for another 15 mins before my spouse and I decided it’s our last time going here.

Food was good but service took a really long time. Waited 45 minutes for our appetizer of the 8 pizza rolls and 1 1/4 hours for our 2 large pizzas. Waited 30+ minutes for a sangria and a beer. We were a party of 5 and while it was a Saturday night, half the tables were empty by 6:45. Waitress was attentive but food took a very long time with nothing special ordered.

In my opinion pizza needs 3 ratings, cheese, crust, sauce so that’s what I’m gonna do.
Cheese 5/5: fantastic cheese pull and the right blend.
Crust 5/5: Crispy and buttery, but not overly oily, means the oven was hot.
Sauce 3/5: Not well seasoned and inconsistently fruity however the sauce to cheese ratio was immaculate, not too much or too little.

Service was great, atmosphere was excellent, other options on the menu as well as beverages are abundant. Over all a strong 9.6/10

I‘ve been here 4 or 5 times and its always the same. About 30 minutes of wait for two medium pizzas for about $60 without drinks. The pizzas are good (not sure they’re worth the price), but Mellow is definitely the kitchen staffs‘ pace.

The food was really good but the server didn’t come check on us once. My drink was empty the whole time and then we had to go find her to even get the check. SMH.🤦

Everything was perfect!
I was very impressed when the pizza oven stopped working right in the middle of them being super busy and they didn't panic. It took about 20 minutes to get it back up and running and without them skipping a beat. Great job guys! You also deserve 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1:30PM - Put an online order: 2 medium pizzas, 1 large for pickup at 5:30PM.
5:30PM - Show up, informed there's a 15-20 minute wait.
5:50PM - Informed pizzas weren't actually started yet.
6:00 - Manager comes out to argue with me about my wait time and tries to justify how a 30 minute wait for a 5:30 pickup makes sense.
6:08PM - Got the pizzas. 2 were cold like they'd been sitting outside the hotbox until the third was done?

The operation is a joke. Doordash orders were still fulfilled in the 40 minutes I waited and bet they didn't put in their orders ahead of time.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I was really impressed! The food was delicious, the pizza was fresh and flavorful, and the service was excellent. Everything was clean and welcoming. Definitely a 5-star experience—I’ll be coming back for sure!
