Very helpful staff helped me build my own Ramen bowl, and it was delicious! Many vegan options. Large portions!

tried this ramen house and ordered both pho and ramen. both dishes were tasty, with good flavors and fresh ingredients. the atmosphere was nice, and the service was friendly and quick. will definitely come by again :)

You have the option to create your own bowl or choose from a diverse menu selection. The food, particularly the soups, is offered in two sizes: small and large. This is perfect for those who prefer a lighter meal, as the smaller portion provides a satisfying amount of food without being overwhelming. The soups are incredibly flavorful, and you can expect your order to be served promptly. If you find yourself unable to finish your meal, they provide containers for you to take the leftovers home, ensuring nothing goes to waste.

It is definitely one of the better pho restaurants that I have been to and I lived in The Bay where there are many pho joints in abundance. It may not be able to compete with Lily on Clement in San Francisco (it shouldn’t), but the atmosphere makes Mian standout from virtually all other pho places that I’ve been. The broth is not as complex as I would like, but it can be improved. Fredericksburg has a gem on their hands, but will people here cultivate it to success? Time will tell.

The food was good, tasted very fresh, and was affordable. It was also very filling, and the service was great. It was a chill and quiet restaurant, and I will definitely be returning.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel like Mian Noodle House deserves one. I’ve been bringing my kids here for months now, probably 10+ times at this point and it’s consistently solid. If you’re a mom, you know how hard it is to find a place everyone actually likes. This is that place for us.

I usually get the pho with beef brisket. The broth is always rich and comforting, and they don’t skimp on toppings. My kids love their hibachi chicken rice bowl. It comes with veggies and tastes fresh, not greasy.

Besides the food, the vibe here is great. Super clean, not too loud, and the staff are really sweet, especially with kids. Prices are fair (especially for how filling everything is), and it’s just reliable.
Highly recommend it for families. Just go a little early on weekends because it does get busy!

Mian Noodle House is not a bad stop for a quick bite, but it does not compete with other Asian style noodle houses in the area. The broth tastes watered down.

This was a lil gem in the rough. The food was excellent, the portions were spot on and the staff was helpful in recommendations and clarifying as well. Cost was about right for what we expected.

This is an order at the counter type of place so nothing fancy, but the food was above par. I have nothing negative to even hint at, as we were very happy with the service, selection, and walking away with full bellies.

We beat the evening crowd. As we were leaving, they were getting jammed, which is a good sign as well.

One little note: when they say it is spicy, believe them, it is spicy and plan accordingly. :)
