It is definitely one of the better pho restaurants that I have been to and I lived in The Bay where there are many pho joints in abundance. It may not be able to compete with Lily on Clement in San Francisco (it shouldn’t), but the atmosphere makes Mian standout from virtually all other pho places that I’ve been. The broth is not as complex as I would like, but it can be improved. Fredericksburg has a gem on their hands, but will people here cultivate it to success? Time will...
