I am overly excited, finally near my home, a vegan friendly restaurant with great food. The restaurant's staff is pleasantly friendly and courteous, the restaurant is very clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a family friendly restaurant with great food, this is the place.

This place is absolutely amazing!! It is not only vegetarian but it is also COLOMBIAN!! So colombian-Vegetarian!! Fantastic, super tasty food, no bells and whistles, just good, non-complicated food! Highly recommended!

I love this place. I have never had the food of my childhood in a plant-based context. Empanadas! Pasteles! Guava! Wow! Definitely give your senses the vacation they deserve!

As a Colombian, one who grew up eating meat and became plant based, I've never found the food of my childhood in that context of vegetarian or plant based anything. The food here is wonderful. They have pasteles!!!! Guava!!! It's incredible. And their empanadas, patillas and smoothies are a delight. So if your senses need a vacation come to My Deli Soup and bring your friends.

I was looking for something different, but good. I'm new to the veggie diet thing and look for any place that can provide something I haven't tried yet. I am more that impressed with My Deli Soup. Soo good!I tried the parrilla bowl and a "beef" empanada. Both are great. Thanks for helping me find new vegetable based meals. Not just a side, but a complete meal.

As a person who is trying to convert to a vegetarian diet this place was a good start. I tried the arepas and another dish that were both flavorful. The woman who I spoke with was kind and helped me decide which dish was favored and the smoothies were soothing and not to sweet. I wish I lived in the area to go back. Take advantage!

I drive past Fredericksburg at least once a week and vegan food is hard to find. I'm so glad I decided to stop by My Deli Soup. The food was what I like to call "life changing". We had two arepas and a Parilla platter. Both were amazing and fresh. The taste and texture of the soy meat was the closest to meat we have had in a while. I will certainly be back for more soon!
