Nayeli’s Salvadorian & Mex Food

I love their food so much, very good pupusas! However I hate the inconsistency in hours. I drove one hour because it said open on their website but they were closed at 6pm on Saturday…they lose business and customers this way.

Went yesterday and place was closed even though hours posted on door said they were open until 8 or 9 pm we were there at like 4:30 pm. Door was locked there was one guy in there that didn’t have the courtesy to at least let us know place was closed!!

SO good. What a gem it makes me so happy to see my hometown get authentic food. Haven’t had papupas since I was in LA and they were perfect

Don’t waste your time coming here. Once you walk in you feel a little out of place then AC wasn’t even working. Food had no taste and was nothing like a Salvadoran or Mexican place. The drink “ horchata” was more like water. Honestly ate the food because I’m coming back from a road trip and just needed something in my stomach. Service here wasn’t even nice felt like it was a bother to be there.

I came in and waited patiently for seven minutes while two employees just left me standing at the counter and wouldn't even acknowledge me when I tried to get their attention. I was the only customer in the restaurant. It was like they didn't even care. I shamefully had to walk out and find something else to eat. If this is how they conduct their business on a regular basis you might want to save yourself the headache.

The food, why am I going to lie, the pupusas are super good, and everything else is very good, but what a shame that the good flavor of the food is taken away by the man who passes by collecting money, he is such a bitter man, I don't know how to treat a customer when he is There, until hunger disappears, the waitresses and waitresses give very good customer service, but the man does continue to keep it there for a few years and the Ala restaurant still goes bankrupt. I have but he believes it a lot just because he is the brother of Mero who owns the restaurant or is the brother-in-law of the owner. I hope the owners can read my review and can do something about it with the pxq there are already many who complain about his service.
