Noodles and Company

I have eaten here many times over the years when I come to VA but this time the food was inedible. The noodles were not cooked long enough and the balsamic sauce was so tangy I couldn’t even eat it. The kids meals were all wrong and noodles were also hard. I just love wasting 50 dollars on wasted food.

My friends and I were coming from a trip to DC, and walked in around 15 minutes before closing time. Eric, who was working the counter that night, was so incredibly polite and kind even though we were the last orders of the day and the staff was performing their closing tasks. Our food was served promptly and it was delicious. Thanks so much Eric and the rest of the crew, you made our nights!

Noodles and Company is the best thing between fast food and sit down dining. It's fast and inexpensive, but the food tastes great and just feels fancier than a fast food burger and fries. I also love the soda fountain with all the options, since these types are the only ones where I can ever find cream soda!

I was not crazy for this place. Slow service, floors were sticky, and netural gender bathrooms I am not a fan of. Had the chicken parm and broccoli. Broccoli was not cooked the meat was so salty. The alfredo sauce was watered down and had not much taste. There are better places in the area for good food.

The spicy Korean beef noodles is such a great dish, and the sauce was very tasty. I appreciate that this location was generous with the sauce so that the noodles weren't dry.

The place was disgusting. My daughter is in a wheelchair and her chair was sticking to the floor everywhere we went. There wasn’t a single table wiped down and the trash was over flowing.

The soda machine is disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been wiped down in months.

The protein for both mine and my daughter’s meals were ice cold. I will never visit this location again

They only had 1 gift card available.

We ordered the Pasta Fresca with cheesy garlic bread, and the Alfredo Montemore with chicken Parm. With a side Ceasar. I dont recommend any of them. When we got the meal they had forgotten the bread, gave me the wrong meal and the salad was soaked with dressing. When i spoke to the manager he brought up the meal, said that someone else got the meal by mistake. When i finally got the meal, the chicken was dry, the pasta overcooked, and the cheese bread was mediocre at best. When my wife finished she said it was like cafeteria food, bad cafeteria food. I would NOT recommend date night here!

There seems to be a disconnect with the interactions with the customers when entering the establishment. I applaud the younger team of people working but better management oversight is needed to keep the employees focused on their assign duties.
