Nothing Bundt Cakes

They ruined my gender reveal! My mom ordered me a gender reveal cake from across the country, even called them and spoke to them about the order and they were very nice. However the cake was delivered with the receipt on the front right in my face saying the color of the rattle giving away the gender. I planned to do a zoom with all my long distance family and friends and find out the gender with them all and ended up finding out alone while being handed the cake 😢 I cried all day and they refused to refund me for ruining my day PLUS the cake was doughy and under cooked.. I took one bite and it went in the trash since they refused to come take it back and give a refund.. I've been dying to try this place for months and it's safe to say I will NEVER be ordering from them. As a fellow cake decorator and baker I am VERY disappointed 😔

Honest review for Wayne PA location: Yesterday, while driving for Uber Eats, I went to Nothing Bundt Cakes to pick up an order. When I walked in, a woman named Emily who I understand may be the store manager was closing out with another employee. She clearly saw me enter and stand at the counter needing assistance, yet she walked away. I stood there for approximately seven minutes before a young man finally came out and asked how he could help. I explained that I was there for a pickup but also wanted to purchase mini cakes. At that exact moment, two white customers walked in, and Emily immediately appeared from behind the counter, eager to assist them. The young man told her that I was waiting, that I had a pickup, and that I intended to make a purchase. Emily responded by saying that “paying customers are the priority.” That statement was shocking, especially considering I had already been waiting and had clearly stated I was also there to make a purchase. Good customer service prioritizes people in the order they arrive not based on assumptions. When I spoke up to clarify this, Emily came over and said she doesn’t know when orders come in and offered me a complimentary water. I declined. By that point, her demeanor had shifted noticeably once she realized I was not who or what she had assumed based on the color of my skin. Her surprise at my professionalism, politeness, and articulation was evident. When I asked for her name, she understood the weight of the moment. I am deeply disappointed to have experienced such dismissive and racially biased treatment. Racism whether subtle or overt has no place in customer service or anywhere else. Women like me take up space in this world, and we deserve the same basic respect, kindness, and service as anyone else when we walk into an establishment.

I want to give a huge thank you to Anthony T. at Nothing Bundt Cakes. There was a small misunderstanding with my order, and as soon as I reached out, he responded right away with so much kindness. He apologized sincerely, not out of obligation, but because he genuinely cared that my experience was anything less than good. He handled everything quickly, professionally, and with a level of warmth you don’t often see these days. Everything was fixed smoothly and he made me feel valued the entire time. People like him make all the difference and I truly appreciate how helpful he was.

They really didn’t want to service us black people. The girl was looking at us like we was in the wrong place. I will never go there again.she turned her nose up the whole while. I guess she thought our black skin would rub off on her. So disappointed cause I was trying to support a school system that why I purchased them

highly recommend NOTHING BUNDT CAKES very delicious well worth what you pay very friendly and polite WONDERFUL customer service 10 out of 10 recommend I will be a returning customer

first time here, and have never tried their cakes until today! staff were great! the cakes taste fresh and fantastic! will definitely be back!

my neighbor bought me the mini chocolate chocolate chip bundt and it was so delicious. yum yum. thank you for making it and thank you Kandi Jones for buying it.

I stopped in because the Biscoff Cookie was being advertised outside, but they were sold out. (then bring the sign inside! ) What’s the point of advertising it if you can’t buy it??

I then asked about the Snickers minis, and at first I was told they cost $30 and could only be purchased by the dozen. I said ok but as paying…I was told they were actually a $1 upcharge each.

The conflicting information left me confused, and it seemed the employee lacked clear knowledge of the products and pricing. She appeared unsure and somewhat clueless when trying to explain, which made the experience feel disorganized.

I left and went to duck donuts around the corner - would not recommend nothing but crappy bundt.

Ww visited for the first time, yesterday. I had heard wonderful things about Nothing But Bundt. I was thrilled to see that my friends were spot on. We took pictures, took our time, and just really enjoyed 😉 the experience. The store staff was great, although they probably thought we were nuts. However, they were friendly and definitely were tolerant of us old folks. LOL

We did a school fundraiser through this store and had a great experience! Erika was so helpful and very accommodating to our last minute additions to our order. The bundtlets were delivered to the school for us, which was great as well. Definitely recommend for fundraising, and we will for sure use them again! And it helps the bundt cakes are delicious!

I went in here today for my birthday. I got a free Bundt cake. I was helped by a lovely young lady named Hayley. I got a Snickers Bundt cake on Hayley’s recommendation. My friend and I loved it. We highly recommend this store in Central Park in Fredericksburg, Virginia and we hope you will get Hayley as a clerk.
