Olde Towne Steak & Seafood

I was really surprised at how beautiful the interior is! Really great atmosphere, food and service. I had the escargot and stuffed flounder and both were very good.

Excellent meal. Service was outstanding. Super relaxed atmosphere.

The food was very good. We had seafood, not their prime rib or steak. Our server was very nice & attentive. Cocktails were right on. They were a little slow on the uptake for a Saturday night, but it turned out fine.
We were passing through town and thought we'd try it. We might try something else next time.

Service was incredibly slow. The waiter was a very nice man but did not understand English. Had to order things two and three times before they got it right. The orders came out wrong. One of the steaks was overcooked. The prime rib was overcooked and the waiter could not understand what kind of salad dressing was required. And the bill with tip was over $320 for three people and two of the people split one meal. The only alcohol was three cocktails that were $17 apiece. Outrageous and we will not go back.

This is a five-star restaurant! Very attentive like the old steak places! I mean, really attentive! And the food was just awesome! I love their bar! Looks like it was all hand carved. Which brings me to their cocktails! Loved the sangria! Even the owner came out and asked how things were going.

I haven't had service like this in a while. I would go every week!!!

Hidden gem and an Amazing restaurant.

Great atmosphere and excellent food. The service was awesome and attentive.

This was our first and last time here. It took forever to get our salads, of which were terrible! The tomato in the salad was spoiled and the worst lettuce I have ever had at a restaurant. The service was deplorable and the food was the most unfavorable I’ve had at a nice restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant at all! It’s very unfortunate for the price we paid for our meal.

Wonder birthday dinner. Brenden was a fantastic waiter.

My parents have been going here for 40 years. We were in town for their anniversary and I took them to dinner here. I got a broiled seafood trio and it was good. Nothing fantastic, it needed a little more seasoning. It was a little bland.

We have eaten at Olde Towne Steak and Seafood for many years. The owner always is so friendly and treats us so special when we are there. The staff are very courteous and friendly. We always get an excellent meal and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Reverend Rick Ritchie and Jan Ritchie

We went to the steakhouse for the first time in my 43 years of living in Fredericksburg for our anniversary last nite. Ew! 🤮...
I ordered steak and lobster my steak tasted like (pot roast) filet mignon at that...the lobster had a very fishy taste and no seasonings just bland. My husband got the seafood broil platter ! No taste no seasonings just plain everything was very plain and very fishy tasting. Everyone has said olde towne has gone down hill but I have always wanted that expensive 5 star restaurant experience and well that dream went to crap. Thank olde towne for ruining my anniversary dinner and our bill was OUTRAGEOUS for disgusting food. DO NOT GO THERE SAVE YOUR MONEY! GO TO FAHRENHEIT!

Place has an old look and feel. Great drink menu. Food was amazing. You will spend a pretty penny here but it’s worth it. Great for a date night. But, you don’t have to dress up to dine here.
