My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Our server was Kiarra M and she was the best. The food and atmosphere was wonderful. Everyone was kind and pleasant.

There was hair in my food and when I called to get the issue resolved, (even though I was polite because you don’t disrespect anyone especially anyone handling your food in another room)the manager was rude, dismissive, and just trying to get me off the phone.

We went here on new year's eve. It wasn't crazy busy. The food was standard olive garden. The thing that we noticed was that everything seemed fairly clean. The only trouble that we had was that they were apparently training a new line cook.And it took literally almost an hour just to get our dinner. I thought they were gonna comp some food, but they ended up just giving us a free dessert, which was a promo.They were running at the time, and I already had in my email. I really felt that they should have comped part of the meal or at least one of the drinks we had. The server we had was really good, though. I would go back but I would ask if the kitchen's backed up before I order!

Thank y’all for such a delicious meal, we had a very nice time coming by for supper tonight. The lovely young lady who was our excellent server lives up to her namesake perfectly- she is an absolute 💛✨🌟Joy🌟✨💛 to meet and speak with! Her positive attitude and genuinely friendly disposition were a wonderful addition to an already great evening, and I’m so very grateful that we were blessed to meet her and to sit in her section of the restaurant. Had a 6pm reservation for a party of 15 ,after watching at-least 10 other guests be seated (big parties) we were finally seated at 640Pm , the hostess seem very lost and it seems as if there is a lack of communication , we received every excuse under the sun , why we had to wait almost a hour to be seated with a reservation . After being seated , we waited over hour and half for food , and individual at our table did not even get to eat at all , due to lack of communication in kitchen with servers . Order confirmed for onion allergy , after 30 mins another server came and confirmed ingredients , 20 mins later we were told otherwise regarding ingredients , which then resulted into a person not receiving her meal at all , due to the lack of communication . I gave 1 star for the manager , did not receive name , Caucasian young lady with a maroon sweater , was understandable , sweet and tried her best to accommodate , she saved everyone from a cuss out honestly , because she kept trying to find solutions . But it was a lost cause . By far the worst service I have received , honestly. Should deff come up with a new policy to handle larger parties and reservations differently and effectively . Mind you our bill was well over $300-400 , just a waste of money and time . Very unfortunate , an disappointing especially when we had family members travel for this dinner .

It's an Olive Garden. Standard fair, standard atmosphere. Service was great. If you consider the amount we usually take home as leftovers, worth the $$.

If I could leave one star I would. Been here since 530 waiting for tables Christmas get together... completely unacceptable
The manager and the staff gave us the run around. A party of 42 was seated BEFORE us a party of 16.
Hopefully they will have the food we request and that's smooth.

The food was not good. The bread sticks were hard and salty. The salad consisted mainly of iceberg lettuce and no romaine lettuce.
