Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Server was amazing and attentive. But ran out of Marsala sauce for Chicken Marsala. Wasn’t told about sauce until everyone else’s food was brought. Was offered creamy mushroom sauce which isn’t even close to what I ordered. Wasn’t even offered a discount. Offered a free dessert. I didn’t come for dessert. I came for lunch.

Trash, taking a big chance coming here. You can sit here forever like a void, and no one talks to you to let you know where in line you are. You see people come and go while you are still waiting. Horrible service, no one wants to do their job.

I hadn't been to an Olive Garden since the early 2000s, but my son and his girlfriend wanted to go.

The service was good. The food was what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant chain. It was fine, but for the price, it should have been more flavorful and satisfying. I did take leftovers home, added some spices, and it was much better than what they had originally served. There are a variety of authentic Italian places in the area that have better food, even better service, and are priced competitively.

Food was excellent. We felt very rushed to order. We got our appetizers before the drinks and the food came three minutes after the appetizers. We asked for refills and waited 15 minutes but after reminding her we finally got them. She was probably having a bad night but it wasn't busy at all and the whole visit was subpar. We don't complain unless something is horrible and we try to be understanding. She still got a good tip and we hope our next visit will not disappoint. This location is usually a good dining experience. We packed up our entrees to go because they sat on the table for 20 minutes getting cold while we ate our salad, soup and appetizers.

Everything was good, the server was very polite and professional her name was Kiara.

Our server, Natalie, was absolutely wonderful this evening. She was attentive, kind, and managed all of her tables seamlessly. Our food was also really great tonight. Everything was cooked perfectly and served hot!

Hostess wanted us to sit at a table with a stack of dirty plates in front of it, had to decline and wait to get another table. The waiter kept getting in our faces when he would talk, we had to lean away to get some space and over all was really awkward. The food was not good at all and not what I would expect out of an olive garden.

I am not much for chain restaurants but this is where my father wanted to go for dinner so this is where we headed. With chains, the food seems to be the same no matter which one you go so this review is based more on the excellent service that I received from Kayla. She was very attentive and timely! As the mother of a child with a food allergy, Kayla put my concerns to ease and made me feel confident that my child (who hardly eats out as a result) was in fond hands. Her positive attitude and confidence made all the difference! Never did we realize we were low on drinks, soups, salads, or even bread sticks which almost filled us all the way up before our entrees even came. At that point she was vert efficient in not making us wait too long to get boxes for our uneaten food or our bill. It’s a lot from me to admit I would go back to a chain restaurant but if I knew for sure that we would get Kayla again, I would be far less hesitant.

This is one busy Olive Garden! Probably the busiest one we have been to yet. Although a large party was in front of us, they were able to find a table for a small group of us. I'm glad we're all friends, as we squished into a large booth. We had a great time and good food. The place is pretty dusty and needs a lot of attention, but with how busy this place is, I think dusting is the least of their worries.

My recent visit to Olive Garden was truly exceptional, thanks to our amazing waitress, Samanthia. From the moment we were seated, she went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and her attention to detail and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely cared for.

Samanthia didn’t just serve us — she elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to come across service this thoughtful and personalized, and I can confidently say I’ve never received this level of care anywhere else. Her dedication made our night memorable, and we’ll absolutely be returning because of her!

Highly recommend requesting Samanthia if you visit — she’s a true gem!

Came in with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful time.

To start, we have had a very stressful week so we decided to treat ourselves with our favorite place. Our server Joey truly lifted our spirits. Between his genuine personality and vibes, we both agreed that despite what we are going through in our personal lives he truly put a smile on our faces.

Give this man a raise!!!

The family likes going here. It's also pretty funny to watch my son fill himself up on chicken gnocchi and breadsticks. Monthly specials usually bring us in. And can't say no to desserts to go. Although we have to strategically plan to visit them due to traffic and being overcrowded other than that, always a great time

I asked an employee at the entrance when I was leaving if she had chocolates because we didn't get it at our table. She delayed giving them to me, she said you didn't say please. In the first place, I should have them on my table. It's a tradition in Olive Garden. I wasn't rude when I asked her, but I'm a 76 years old Hispanic. She is a white old woman. I was with my grandbabies,and I didn't want to make a scene.

Everything was good except we think we could have been done much sooner.
