Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Visited last night with my family. What a pleasant surprise. Beautiful decorated venue. Lady at reception was friendly and welcoming. Waitress was exceptional. The food, pasta, soup and salad was well prepared and cooked to perfection. As chains go, these guys have perfected it. A solid 4 rating - well deserved. P.S. - and the pricing is extremely reasonable!

We decided to stop in after some late shopping, and this turned out to be the best service we’ve ever had at an Olive Garden—and honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had at any restaurant.

Our waitress, Kaela, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, kind, and made us feel like family. On top of that, several other servers pitched in throughout our meal, bringing food, refilling drinks, and checking in on us, which made the service feel seamless.

The only hiccup was when my daughter found a small piece of foil in her food. But instead of this being a negative, the way it was handled turned it into a positive. As soon as I told Kaela, she was genuinely upset on our behalf and immediately took action. Shortly after, the manager Madison came over, apologized sincerely, and even explained what might have caused it. She comped my daughter’s meal, offered a replacement, and then surprised us with a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. When the new meal arrived, Madison personally delivered it—complete with extra grapes, which made my daughter’s night.

To top it all off, when we were packing up leftovers, Kaela overheard my daughter say she wanted the salad (even though I declined a box). Instead of just sending it as-is, she came back with a perfectly packed to-go serving with everything separated so it would stay fresh. That level of thoughtfulness goes above and beyond.

Despite the small issue with the meal, this was by far the best Olive Garden experience we’ve ever had. We will absolutely be back—and when we do, we’ll be asking for Kaela every time!

We were seated very quickly (especially with 6 people being in our party). Our server Nequita S greeted us within minutes. We never had to ask for refills. Our order was correct and delicious. She is one of the BEST waitresses we have ever encountered! Major Kudos to her! You can tell she prides herself on customer service. I hope we get her as our waitress every time we dine at this Olive Garden. We asked for the manager Brent Simensen and informed him of how great she really is.

It was a Saturday night so I expected the wait but only about 10 minutes. Our server Kayla was outstanding gave really great Suggestions.
When I go again, I am hope I am fortunate enough to get Kayla for a waitress.

Packed house and our server Nikita crushed it. Perfect service. Friendly. On the ball. She's awesome. Food was great. Had not been to OG in a while but the Calabrian steak and shrimp bucatini was so good!!

Rebecka was an AMAZING server and an absolute delight. I would come back specifically for her. Extremely personable and wonderful at her job. Not only did she elevate my dining experience, she made my whole week. 10/10, I’d leave more stars for her if I could.
