Orleans Bistro & Grill

I recently tried their catfish and grits and loved it. Their blackened salmon is also amazing. If you are craving something sweet, their beignets will not disappoint.

Hello I finally made it to Orleans Bistro,after following it on social media for a while.Our Womens Empowerment Group, was chosen for our monthly Bithday celebration of the members.the food was hot and ready, we had a really amazing server,Jayden was a delight, one thing that was strange the business number listen was never answered to confirm our reservations, We must have called a dozen times. My family and I traveled to this restaurant to celebrate my nephew’s graduation (we are from out of state). It was a big deal to us for so many reasons, one of which that he is a cancer survivor, with this graduation marking 20 years since his diagnosis and 19 years in remission. We were so excited to sit across from one another and bask in the joy of celebrating him. My sister booked this reservation long in advance so we figured everything was good. We get there and there’s no table to accommodate our party size which was even smaller than we had booked for. We even got there earlier than our designated reservation time and waited a very long time in hopes that they would eventually get ready for our party. It’s wild to me that they even allowed us to book for a party larger than four because no table in there looked like it could hold more than that. To make matters worse, the manager Sonia was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I can bet the only reason they’re still in business under her leadership is because the competition in the area isn’t too stiff. She was dismissive and made absolutely no efforts to accommodate what we had booked prior. We ended up awkwardly seated between two tables, one of which directly sat in the sun because their janky blinds had apparently fallen days before. If we hadn’t been so exhausted and so far from home, we would have just left. The food was great and our server was nice but that was all overshadowed by nasty attitude having Sonia. We were taken aback to learn that she was the manager due to her not presenting in a leadership manner at all. I’ll give credit where it’s due. The food was good and the servers were kind and courteous. But that management…absolutely not. What a damper on an otherwise celebratory day. We had such high hopes and they weren’t met by way of someone with a nasty attitude and no orientation in customer service.

We went on a date ordered whiting, yams , MAC & cheese. MAC was the worst I ever had I sent it back that’s how bad. Yams just sugar!!!! The food came out cold wait for food was 1hr. Not to mention as soon as you sit down, no matter how many in your party there’s a 20% gratuity added so you can only imagine how the service was if they’re already receiving a tip then why do the work I’m getting tipped regardless. The check was about 115 for two people. My husband got the same thing just different sides. I would add pictures, but they would be deceiving. Do not get the peach cobbler unless you want sugar diabetes don’t go!!! Trust me

Chill spot! Older crowd. Something different every night. Depending on the DJ, music can run from all the decades! Best salmon bites ever! 😉

Always a favorite when we are in the Fredericksburg Area! All the food is amazing and the staff is great! Apparently Wednesday’s they do line dancing. ( call ahead) Highly recommend!!!

Had fun here. I've been before the renovations & after. Definitely an upgraded experience. But the food wasn't great & the bathrooms haven't been upgraded at all. There's only one women's stall, really shotty & doesn't match the renovations. Please have these updated.
