Orleans Bistro & Grill

The smothered pork chop with mash potatoes were absolutely the best. We had voodoo shrimp that were very tasty and a bit spicy which I enjoyed. Also an amazing dish is the oyster rockefeller. The fried fish is delicious. We didn't like the fried chicken (it smelled like old oil was used to fry it), mac & cheese didn't have any flavor, and the collard greens were bland (did not taste like collards). Again I have to rave about the pork chops, best menu item I had. Oh make sure you leave room for beignets they are awesome!!

⭐ Orleans Bistro – Worth Every Mile! ⭐

We drove an hour to get to Orleans Bistro after a family member couldn’t stop raving about it and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth the trip!

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone: warm, welcoming, and full of that New Orleans charm. The wait staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the customer service was flawless, easily a 10/10.

Drinks: We started with the Smoked Old Fashion; smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced with that deep smoky flavor.

Appetizers: We shared the Voodoo Shrimp and a half order of Spiced Shrimp. Both were seasoned to perfection; bold Cajun flavors with just the right amount of heat.

Dinner: I had the Cajun Shrimp Pasta, which was creamy, well-seasoned, and packed with plump shrimp. My husband had the Southern Fried Fish (Whiting) with sides of Mac and Cheese and Candied Yams. The fish was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and those sides? Comfort food heaven!

Dessert: We couldn’t leave without trying the Beignets; pillowy, fresh, and dusted generously with powdered sugar with a side of caramel. The perfect sweet ending.

Everything from the food to service was consistently amazing! Orleans Bistro is the kind of place you can’t help but recommend, and I’d happily make that hour-long drive again.

Final Rating: 10/10 across the board.

First time here and I LOVE the atmosphere and the music! The food is a definite plus, I had the southern fried chicken with yams (DELICIOUS) and collard greens w/ smoked turkey (VERY FLAVORFUL). My drink (Mango Cooler) was made VERY well and it could sneak up on you if you're not careful. Our server, Janiyaha, was amazing and checked on us frequently! I'd definitely recommend Orleans Bistro & Grill to any and everyone, especially if you're from the south and want to feel like you're there with the flavors, hospitality, and atmosphere!

I love this place!! The food and drinks are top tier! I mean 1000/1000 top tier. The music was a vibe! Now let's talk about the service... quick, fast and our server, Janiyah was top tier as well. She gave recommendations for food and was very attentive the entire time. Ill definitely be back!

Googled “Southern Food Near Me” and came up with Orleans Bistro. There’s a DJ and a crowd. Smoking is allowed outside.

The food, drinks, and service were good. If you get the fried wings, make sure you ask for them to be “Yanic” style which is a special blend of seasoning added on top.

Me and my friend came out for dinner, we happened to come on Karaoke night. Our waitress Katie was a peach! Her recommendations from drinks to food was delicious!!!! I highly recommend we will be back for the brunch.

Katie, was the best. She new the menu items, and recommended items. The catfish and cornbread out of this world. I’m coming back again, and again and again.

My group of friends and I came to Virginia and tried this place out. We came here in celebration of a good time and our friends. The service was amazing 10/10. Smiles all around, helpful waitresses and waiters. I would definelty recommend this place to others as well as come back myself.

Came to celebrate a birthday, Doctoral Degree and sisterhood. The food was hot, fresh and delicious; our server Katie was amazing and the DJ did a great job keeping the crowd entertained; he had people out their seats. We’re glad we decided to come here tonight and will definitely be back.
