Service was excellent. Arugula salad was overdressed. Pizza was pretty good. The lighting was way too bright and fluorescent. Would be a huge improvement in atmosphere if they just changed the lighting.

My son and daughter-in-law used Orofino to cater their wedding of 90 guests in a nearby venue. Having been to many many catered events in my life, I can say that this meal way exceeded my expectations. The mains consisted of homemade pasta, chicken piccata, salmon, asparagus - everything was wonderfully cooked and served hot without being overcooked. The chef and his staff were efficient and amiable! Thank you Orofino for providing such an excellent meal with such flourish! If you are thinking of using Orofino for catering, do it! p.s. I had to give stars for atmosphere - what I'm talking about in this case is that the caterers created a lovely atmosphere at our event with little ado@!

Orofino's brings new recipes from Italy to tantalize our palates with highlighted regional dishes every month. This month was Marche and it took me back to a wonderful time last year during our travels! This is the restaurant to have genuine Italian cuisine! Jefferson was our waiter and provided outstanding service! Don't waste your time or money anywhere else! Come here for a family or romantic meal you'll never forget!

We scheduled a lunch at Orofino and, as always, it was amazing! The hardest thing is to decide what to choose with all the delicious temptations. We ended up with an Aracini app with the best red sauce, Caesar and Alona's salads, they were huge, and shared a pizza. I grew up near New Haven Connecticut and Orofino's pizzas are the only ones around here that taste like NH and are as good. Leo was our server, very attentive but not hovering. A fabulous lunch at our favorite restaurant. Can never go wrong at Orofino!

Great meal. The bruschetta trio was wonderful. Eggplant dish and the lasagna were both excellent and the crumble atop the pumpkin cheesecake made the dessert absolutely over the top! As always, our favorite downtown Fredericksburg dinner spot!

This was my first time going with my wife and we were both blown away. Food was absolutely delicious and our server Leo was incredible. He gave us all the specials they had for the day and made great recommendations for what kinds of food to get. We will definitely be coming back. The most important part for me was the food felt reasonably priced for it being a nicer restaurant ( most of the dinner meals cost between 16-25 dollars).

Orofino for the win again! This was my boyfriend’s first time here, and Orofino totally delivered (as always!). They’ve got a new seasonal menu with some pumpkin-inspired dishes and a mouthwatering list of specials. The pumpkin ravioli from the October menu sounded amazing, but the pasta special that night — pear and ricotta–stuffed pasta in a walnut Gorgonzola cream sauce — sounded even better.
I ended up going with the classic carbonara to play it safe… and while it was good, I totally regretted not going with one of those specials 😂.
My boyfriend ordered the pork chop special, and wow — it stole the show. It came on a bed of roasted potatoes and asparagus, with a drizzle of truffle cream sauce. Every bite was packed with flavor. We were both super impressed.
