The best of the sushi places I've been to in Fredericksburg. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and my waitress was kind enough to walk me through the entire nigiri options.

Getting to sit at the bar is fun because it offers a live view of the sushi production and my sushi chef even handed me my plate right over the bar. The nigiri had healthy portions of fish and prices were pretty reasonable, especially for the variety of options.

The interior was clean and well kept. Overall a very good experience.

Visited this restaurant during my time in Fredericksburg as we were looking for Sushi in the historic district.

The menu had some good sushi options and only a few Korean dishes which was disappointing as their name says Japanese - Korean cuisine.

The sushi had really good flavor and combination of ingredients, rice in one roll was little hard as if it sat out, but the others were fine. We also had the Bulgogi which is very common Korean dish. It was average, smaller than a normal portion when you visit a Korean restaurant.

Service was great, the server was all over it and very helpful.

Had a wonderful dining experience here! We ordered salmon and tuna nigiri, edamame, and miso soup. Everything exceeded expectations.

The nigiri was the standout. Both fish were cut generously thick and incredibly fresh. The edamame was flavorful and the miso soup arrived at the perfect temperature with a rich, satisfying taste.

What made the experience special was the attentive service. Our server checked in at just the right moments without being intrusive.

For quality sushi with excellent service, Osan delivers.

Excellent service, paced and attentive. Food was fresh, correct temperature and well seasoned, the atmosphere is warm and cozy with soft music to allow for conversation. I would highly recommend for a solo dining experience or with a date.
I got the sushi box pictured below for under $17 which is a great price for what you get and downtown prices!

We went to Osan for my wife's Birthday and it was really nice as usual. The food is fantastic and the service is a pleasure. My son had the plum wine and i have to say it was surprisingly good. Everything was fresh and delicious. Osan is easily the best sushi in the Fredericksburg area.

Fantastic Japanese/Korean-inspired food. Friendly and professional staff. Great atmosphere. The sushi I had was delicious. Other people in my group got teriyaki and bulgogi, which they said were also delicious.
