Visited this restaurant during my time in Fredericksburg as we were looking for Sushi in the historic district.
The menu had some good sushi options and only a few Korean dishes which was disappointing as their name says Japanese - Korean cuisine.
The sushi had really good flavor and combination of ingredients, rice in one roll was little hard as if it sat out, but the others were fine. We also had the Bulgogi which is very common Korean dish....

Had a wonderful dining experience here! We ordered salmon and tuna nigiri, edamame, and miso soup. Everything exceeded expectations.
The nigiri was the standout. Both fish were cut generously thick and incredibly fresh. The edamame was flavorful and the miso soup arrived at the perfect temperature with a rich, satisfying taste.
