I am so sad to report Outback has slide back to the 'dont go ' restaurant line. The combination of menu changes and price hikes along with illogical pricing ( upgrade to a premium salad to $2.99 when the full price for salads only $1 higher than the standard), cold food, old furniture, uneducated bartenders, and hostesses pretending to be waitress left me wondering why we stop in. I recommend holding on to nostalgia and avoiding a stop at Outback

I’m skeptical about curbside ordering. Outback made it easy, fun and quick. Working 7 days a week I don’t have the opportunity to dine in with my family, I generally don’t eat dinner due to work. Outback makes it easy to still have dinner with your family at home without the prep and lines at the grocery store!
I dial my to go order in, set the time I’m picking it up, and make 1 stop on my way home.
The employees are kind, accommodating and friendly! They know you just punched out of work and are very helpful and kind.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My boyfriend’s steak was extremely fatty. My steak was not seasoned at all. Drinks and sides were all lacking flavor. My daughter got ribs and had to cut them away from the bone. There also was something floating in the waters . We waited almost 45 minutes for this disappoint of a meal. Then when the bill came we were charged extra for sides that already came with the meal (we didn’t do any upgrades). The bill was extremely high for a letdown of a meal. All in all the whole experience was way below our expectations going in! We will never be returning again!

2 stars since the server was nice. Other than thaf, the appetizers came out quick, good. However, the main dishes followed not even 5 mins later giving us no time to even eat half the appetizers. My family has expensive taste. Some ordered the Victoria Filet Mignon, others the serlion. Let me tell you, ive never had such a tough dry filet in my entire life. Neither of us even finished it because it was awful. Im not even being picky when I tell you the steaks, at a steak house were absolutely terrible cuts. The food has really gone down hill. We are also a family to not make a fuss. We tipped 18%, didnt send any dishes back. Said thank you so much. But do know, we wont be returning here anytime soon- by that I mean never. Our server was great. Went out of her way to help us with an old gift card we were trying to make work if possible. I just about gave up and said screw it but she persisted to help. She was also working in terrible heat. My gosh that restaurant was so hot we were all very uncomfortable and sweating almost as much as the staff was. Outback- do better.

Plot twist! Outback doesn't do steak well but their wings are amazing! I got them with medium spice (not spicy) and well done. Service was great, shout out to our waiter Jonathan, and bartender Anthony for great service. I gave the atmosphere 3 stars 🌟 because gnats were flying around the restaurant.
Steak was extremely tough. Waitress didn't put our app in in time and it didn't come out until after we were done with meal. No discount or apology was offered. Waitress came by several times while we waited for refills.

Called to be put on the wait-list, was told they would text when a table was ready and it would be 15-25 minutes. Waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes, and decided to go on and check on the wait. They didn't even have us on the list, and told us we were third on the list after they finally added us. Outrageous. The hostesses were also pretty rude and unhelpful. Would give zero stars if possible.
