Always delicious! Takes care of customers

I go through the drive thru at this location frequently when I’m only getting a sip club drink. On more than one occasion, when there is a line, the employee (Connor) offers to bring it out to me if I can safely backup to the door. I haven’t been able to do that, however I really appreciate his thoughtfulness and his willingness to shorten my wait time. He’s also very pleasant when we get to the window and always has a smile on his face. He’s an asset to this location.

Absolutely fantastic lunch experience at Panera Bread today! I ordered the BBQ Smokehouse Chicken sandwich, and it was truly top-notch. The chicken was tender, the BBQ sauce was perfectly balanced, and the whole sandwich was just bursting with flavor. My wife's salad was equally impressive – incredibly fresh and crisp, clearly made with the highest quality ingredients.
Beyond the delicious food, the dining room was spotless, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The employees were all incredibly helpful and friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable. And, of course, everything was served at the perfect temperature – my hot sandwich was piping hot, and my wife's salad was refreshingly cold and crispy.
This Panera location definitely deserves a full five stars. We'll be back soon!

Service isn’t bad in the actual store. I’ve ordered several times for delivery and they definitely missed a few items and order notes. Uncut, un toasted items, no knives, no napkins and no straws came with our order. Not terrible but definitely inconvenient.

Food is good. Ordering on kiosk is okay only because you can see how to customize. Picking up your food is kind of nerve-wracking at best unless you are the only one at the counter.

Came in to the restaurant to have nice cozy dinner in 27 degrees cold weather and asked for dine in not carry out and was still given food in a paper bag as carry out. Asked why is not for dine in person from the kitchen said oh we don’t have any trays when the restaurant had no more than 12 people sitting down and eating.

Got my bag sat down to eat and the cashier comes over with the broom and starts cleaning right next to me and I’m eating she hitting my chair with the broom.

Absolutely didn’t enjoy my dinner!!!!
Will not be coming back to this location for sure.
