Panera Bread

This Panera went over and beyond. My baby grand (almost 3) wanted the steel-cut oatmeal with strawberries and pecans and a green smoothie. My daughter-in-law wanted the Asiago bagel sandwich. Online said they were out of that bagel. I called and was greeted by the manager. He had one left and said that he would hold it for my order. I immediately ordered and then called. The order was filled (along with other sweets from the bakery I ordered for them). This manager and this location made my day!! Thank you!

From the food to the people at this location I love it all!
I got the French dip steak n cheese with the cheddar broccoli soup with some chips and a Mountain Dew. Everything was made perfectly they forgot my chips but when I mentioned it they apologized with a smile and gave me two bags. Excellent service excellent food. Calm peaceful eating area.

Went at 2 pm on a weekend. Ordered 2 pastries and hot drinks. Had to several minutrs for cashier and had to wait 7 minutes for cold pastries to be plated.

Visited 10/24/25 I ordered the Chicken Bacon Rancher Sandwich. It was okay, I couldn't taste the bacon. The second option was the Harvest Medley Chicken salad No feta. This is clear on the receipt. The first salad that was given to me had feta cheese. When I ask an employee to re-make the salad, she gave me a dead look then said okay then re- made the salad. It was good. The other two meals on a receipt the person enjoyed it.

I have not been to Panera Bread in a little while and have never been inside of this location before. The food was just as good as I remember and I even got a free sweet birthday treat to go with my meal. Kind of a bummer they are out of dark roast coffee but that's okay it would only keep me up all night anyway. They've updated their menu items since last time I've had Panera and the Cuban sandwich was very good despite being on more of a hoagie type roll and being dressed with some type of aioli sauce that is a little different than I remember. Still quite tasty and perfect for a cold dark miserable wintry evening. 😉

Overpriced and the portions are usually pretty bad at this location
