Caprese sandwich, disgusting. Look at the wilted lettuce they stuffed in my sandwich. Gross train your employees not to fill the sub with detritus to save on inventory. 🤮

I normally eat at this location often. Today I ordered a 1/2 tuna and a cup of soup. The sandwhich had soggy lettuce, made upside down (lettuce, tomato, tuna from bottom to top), and it was sloppy (tomatoes stacked in center, glob of tuna on center not spread out). I come here for the attention to detail and the caliber of food.

Polite staff. The food is consistent with its corporate brand. I had that new Grilled Cheese sandwich with a bowel of Tomato Soup. Pretty darn good.

The location and the restaurant itself are great. Clean dining area and friendly, efficient, staff. Food was ready pretty quick. My only complaint is the sandwich. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich. The filling was minimal, and the "sandwich" was mostly bread. I expected it to resemble the picture at least somewhat, but I was disappointed. Not worth the price. Kudos to the staff, though. They were friendly and welcoming:)
