My husband has always been a Papa John's fan and brought me on board about 5 years ago. I had never really liked it, but then I realized that it was just the Papa John's that I was ordering from that was bad. He got me hooked on it. And although we like to change it up and try other area pizzas, we always come back to Papa John's faithfully. My favorite Papa creations are the Pepperoni and pineapple, the Works and the Pepperoni and bacon. I know that they use fresh mushrooms, but i'm not crazy for their pepperoni and mushroom combination. Unlike most people, I actually prefer the canned mushrooms on my pizza as opposed to the fresh. Just a personal preference. I've always enjoyed their wings and their hot brownies. We ordered tonight and tried their new Mambo chicken wings and they have a pretty good flavor to them. We also tried the Super Hawaiian tonight, which is pineapple, Canadian bacon, bacon, and a three-cheese blend. But because neither my husband nor I are fans of Canadian bacon, we substituted it for pepperoni for no additional charge. And we always order online for accuracy and the best prices ever. We have ordered delivery from this Papa John's many times since moving into the area 6 months ago. It has consistently been good. Pizza has always been made correctly, we have never been missing any food, it's always arrived during the time frame that we have been given and the food is always hot and fresh. Keep up the good work Papa John's. You can count on us to order again and again.

Have not ordered from "Papa Johns" in three fortnights (I call it daddy John's because no other pizza chain has such a command of my taste buds I feel papa isn't as strong nor aggressive enough for the spanking the tangy sauce gives my mouth) and I was yearning for the sweet creamy cheese sauce to fill my mouth, to gargle it like the juice only a real man, a real papa a real daddy could provide. My meal was delivered by a happy minstrel who danced upon my door step, taking my tip like a leprechaun excited for a gold coin. After treating my lips to the succulent tip of the papa daddy's cheese teet I exploded with joy only one touched by the hand of christ could know. Thank you daddy John's.

If I could give no stars I would. The WORST customer service. I ordered a pizza for delivery from my app and the approximate time for it to get to me said 25-35 min. An hour later I call the store wondering where my food is at. I talked with the manager John and he apparently claims they knocked on the door and called my cell phone number 3 times which is connected to my account on their app. Lemme just say first of all, he read off the number they called.. yup correct number but I received no phone calls at all. Funny how that works right? And second of all, we have a DOORBELL! I signed up for the app so yes I order papa johns a lot and every single time I do they ring the doorbell which is in clear sight next to the door on the wall. Apparently the manager John claims they are not allowed to ring doorbells. So just FYI to anyone who orders from this location just be prepared for rude customer service and your order not showing up. Another 45 min later after calling, (which I'm about 10 min from this location) they finally show up (a total of about 2 hours after estimated arrival) and still have me pay for THEIR own mess up. The box felt a little warm but the pizza was not fresh and was a bit chewy. My advice would be if you have absolutely no other choice and your starving to just drive there and get carryout. Like I said your order will not show up for delivery. Thanks John.
