Papa Johns Pizza

The delivery was horrible absolutely horrendous, the pizza deliver didn't even knock! And just set the pizza on the ground outside and the pizza was cold like a popsicle when we found it. Never again!!!

Was in the mood for pizza and this place did not disappoint. Will be ordering from them again. The pizza was delicious and prepared as requested. Highly recommend.

Okay well I was trying to be nice and do this quietly. I ordered a large pizza and some cheese sticks. When I got home the and tried the sauce with the cheese sticks the sauce was fermented and bad. I called the number and some guy who didn’t speak English picks up and tells me to call the manager, so I do. The manager thanks me and before I can get another word in he hangs up on me. Doesn’t offer a refund or an apology of any kind. I will not be ordering from here again. Should probably make sure you are rotating your sauces out and items regularly or maybe a health inspector might get a phone call.

Out sourcing delivery to Door Dash, pizza was over 2 hrs from order. Tried calling both store and delivery no answer!

I can see why this place is only rated at 3.8. My first time ordering from Papa John’s and not satisfied. Not only was it $45+ for one large pizza and a medium pizza, but I thought I ordered garlic Parmesan breadsticks with it but when my delivery came (about 5-10minutes late), no bread. Called the manager and she said no breadsticks were on my ticket, but I ordered and it’s not my fault there was a communication problem with the person taking my order. Then the manager hung up on me after she kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain, with not even a sorry or anything. Will never order again from this place.

They never seem to do right. I stopped ordering here for a long time cause the food was always wrong or missing . Today I ordered and they sent the delivery person over here with no change . SMH

I ordered the Works stuffed crust pizza with no olives. There were olives all over the pizza with tomatoes. I had ordered 3 extra pizza sauces. He read my order back to me and it was right, until it wasn’t. The wings just had some barbecue sauce on them. Not hardly any sauce. I also paid for the 3 extra sauces and none.

Pizza is nasty

Recieved a oil soaked box of greasy burnt dough and pepperoni. Never Again!!!

Drove 20 minutes to this location arrived at 10:30 the business closes at 11 Pm kids are hungry in the car. they refused to take my order because they said ohh we stopped taking carry outs orders !! Please give me a reason why you would not take a customer that came to your pizza shop and your oven is still working making pizzas and your business hours says 11 ?! And wondering why businesses are going out of business because of employees like you sadly.
