The food and the service could use some significant improvement. The food can sometimes be good. My boyfriend and I have been here twice now. The first was good enough for us to return and try again. The second time was a tremendous let down. He ordered fried oyster plate. The fry oil was clearly so dirty they tasted awful. It was visible when they bright the plate. We were there on a frost night. It's a shame because we know this is a family business. Maybe just go for desert. Those look amazing.

Nice casual spot for tasty food - decent variety on the menu. First time visiting, we will definitely be back! Love that it is family owned, breakfast is served all day, and they are open later than other local spots. My picky child really enjoyed her burger and fries, and my reuben was yummy and hit the spot! Our server was sweet and kind. This will probably become a regular spot for us!

My family and I love this place! Good variety of food, all of which is prepared well. The service is spot on, friendly, and fast! I would recommend it for any meal, especially if everyone can't agree on a cuisine as they have breakfast all day, Greek food and "American" to choose from.

3-19-2024. Called in an order since it was almost closing time, the cook answered (says he was the owner as well), told me promptly that they were closing in 40 minutes, and I said I will be in and out. He drops the phone and starts talking in another language and minutes later the waitress Laurie I believe (the name she gave me) says what do you want me to do to the cook and then The phone gets hung up. I arrive literally 2 minutes later, and I asked the waitress why they hung up on me and the cook/owner comes out and says if you want the food, sit down if not then leave, “I’m tired and been working all day. Then says I don’t care what you do just leave and get out. All of this in front of customers. I have been going here for almost 6 years now. Totally unacceptable and showed zero remorse. Stay away from this place and don’t bring children around this place. My kids would have freaked out with how angry and loud he got. Please do yourself a favor, filter out these reviews (least rated) and see how they deal with their negative comments. Also check them out in yelp and other review portals. It gets much worst trust me.

Guy in the back cooking food who I assume runs the place is very nasty and racist. Was having dinner last night and a gentlemen walked in for a to go order and stated when he called in the order the person taking the order told the cook what he wanted and the cook started yelling in his language and then they hung up. While this gentlemen is at the counter talking to the waitress the cook came out yelling "well do you want the fucking food or not!" The gentlemen asked him what was going on and that him and his kids have been going there since they were little. The cook proceeds to tell him to get the hell out and for him to go steal or do what ever you do. I will never go back to this place again after that. There were children with me and for you to curse and label someone as a thief because of their race is unacceptable.

The food was really delicious I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and it was delicious. They have really amazing half pound burger with fries or onion for only half price which is about 6$ from 4 pm to 9 pm. Very delicious best food around for sure!
Literally the only place I’ll go out to eat for breakfast or lunch in Fredericksburg. No better service or quality food in Northern Virginia for an authentic Diner experience. This was our first visit. Definitely home town diner feel which I love. We came on a Sunday night for dinner and while the staff were doing their best, there was only one waitress and the cook. Food was good quality but a bit odd in how it came out (pancake breakfast was 5-7 minutes behind the rest of the food). I would like to return when they have more staff.

Place is filthy 100% you don’t get paid on time and you literally have to hound the owner to get the check. I watched one of the cook/owner drop a chicken wing on the ground and turn and served it to his waitress. Place needs to be shutdown and completely cleaned from top to bottom.
