Love Paul's Bakery! Fantastic pastries. Dollar for dollar there is no comparison to to chain donut locations around town. The donuts are larger, and actually have filling in them, unlike others in the Fredericksburg Central Park location, and the line is almost always to the door. It's not the most convenient location, but if you want quality donuts that are not frozen and shipped in like some others in town, stop into Paul's. You won't regret it. Just get there early before they sell out!

I love their donuts but the staff is extremely rude. They wake up on the wrong side of the bed every-time I go in, particularly the lady with blonde hair.

We moved from Fredericksburg 2 1/2 years ago and my husband complains about the donuts all the time here in our New town . He went there recently for a funeral and before he came home he stopped there yesterday and they didn’t have powdered sugar which he loves , so you guys made him some. Thank you so much. You’re amazing and we will always stop there when we’re in Fredericksburg. We miss you so much.

Donuts are delicious. Such a cute bakery with such great goodies! Staff is very sweet and was great with my toddler picking out his donuts!
The most delicious donuts ever. They're so soft and fluffy and that chocolate frosting is like a dreamy pillow of goodness. Even the frosting is fluffy. Idk how they do it, but it's delightful. My mom bought all the apple fritters they had today, which was 11. She planned on getting two dozen, but we came later in the morning and that's all they had left. She also got two brownies and two cream filled donuts. I also got two brownies and two cream filled donuts. The cream filling doesn't really taste like anything so that's the only complaint but who cares when the rest of the donut tastes so good. Service is very friendly and the shop is always clean. It smells like yummy baked goods. We always make it a point to come here whenever we're nearby.

Donuts are very delicious! I would def recommend those! Very friendly staff too! My fav donuts are the chocolate buttercream filled and the apple crisp. My daughter loved the sprinkles of course . Better than Krispy Kreme if you ask me!
