The chicken wings are absolutely delicious, highly suggest the lemon pepper dry rub. The chicken falls right off the bone! 10/10 experience from both the food and the management!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I went here for the first time today and I GUARANTEE I will be going back for more!!! The chicken was seasoned perfect and was juicy, the plantains were sweet and delicious, and the chicken fried rice was to die for!!! I am FULL and HAPPY🤗

I visited Perfect Pollo today after my son recommended it to me. Thoroughly enjoyed my entire experience here. Friendly and courteous staff. The fish ceviche has me wanting to come back again for lunch tomorrow! And the horchata was delightful.

Was treated to a lunch time meal at this restaurant by some friends, so I can’t speak to the cost or menu prices referenced in other reviews.

What I can say is that the 1/2 Chicken, Sweet Corn, Beans and Rice, and Horchata I ate were absolutely delicious. The chicken was tender, juicy, and hot with crispy well-seasoned skin, and flavorful side sauces. The two sides were solid and didn’t compete with the main dish.

The (I think) owner or general manager was there to greet us when we came in and was clearly interested in ensuring our experience was a good one, frequently checking in with us.

I will eat here again.

I did not even try the food because they have one price listed on the menu but charge a higher price for the food. When asked about it they said it's the owners fault. Regardless, it's not something you can do. They refused to honor their menu prices so I just told them I'd report them and asked them to credit my money back. This was all before my order came out. It's disappointing that they refused. Everything on their menu was .50 to 1.00 less than what they were charging. I'm sure people don't look or notice but that's a lot of extra money weekly they are stealing from customers. You put faith that what you see on the menu is what you're going to pay and it's not. I would advise that no one go there until they update all they menus.

I'm i'm a huge fan of Peruvian food, but this was the first time we had been to this placw. Man, oh man, was it outstanding and I can't wait to go back. The setup on the inside is amazing and the chicken is out of this world. They have a pretty extensive menu with things like fajitas and quesadillas but since it was our first time going there, we decided to keep it simple. We got a 1 half chicken dark and then 1 half chicken regular, and they were both insanely delicious. This was my son's first foray into Peruvian food and he said it was some of the best chicken he had ever had in his life. We did mashed potatoes, Green Beans, black Beans and the Fried Rice and all of the sides were outstanding. An absolute gem of a place and can't wait for the next trip!

BUYER BEWARE. You will get charged several dollars more than the prices that are listed on in the menu. The menus are consistent between the online menu, their TV screen menu, and printed menu. But when they ring you up, they will charge several dollars more per item. When I approached them about it, they said what they charged is the real price and they just haven't updated their menus. That doesn't seem right to me. Check your receipts. Is that even legal to charge a non advertised price?

I got a whole chicken TO GO on saturday, and it was almost cold, and rubbery... it tasted like chicken from a day before, i wrote to the restaurant page and left my contact info and nobody adress the issue, nothing. So thats why im here now. The girl who picked up the phone when i called was really nice tho, very polite and explain the prices with patience.
