I went in to do a take out and the Asian male individual was extremely rude. After I greeted him in a cordial way the guy seemed upset. He was so extremely rude that he did not even want to help us with the order. He was rude and extremely unpleasant. I WILL NEVER go back to a P. Chang in my life and I will never recommend anyone to this or any other location.

Food was great. Brought a Shrimp fired rice with only 4 shrimp in it. 4 SMALL SHRIMPS. I was disappointed. The food was good though.

I used to be a regular Peter Chang take out consumer but starting last year, the quality of the food was horrible and I stopped going there. This week I decided to give this restaurant another chance, and I am glad I did! Food was outstanding and up to the quality that made Peter Chang famous. I am guessing they have new personnel preparing the food, and they are doing an excellent job. Everything ordered was delicious and I plan to return again to my routine of placing take out orders on a regular basis.

Food and staff were great. I put captions for the photos any additional comments were food related. It was great overall. Only cautionary advice If you order tea be mindful to not tough the pot anywhere but the handle. It was HOT HOT and could likely burn you if touched. Order a cup of ice maybe to cool the tea off.

I just stopped at Peter Chang after a long day at work to ask for a side of rice to go, I have been having some stomach issues all day and I just wanted some bland food to eat. I have ordered from here before and the food was okay, but I just wanted rice. I was refused a side of rice, she said I had to order something else. The woman was very rude, I should not have had to offer an explanation for why I just wanted rice. I even went back in and said I would order two sides, the woman wasn't even gracious enough to talk to me, she was on the phone. She handed me off to someone else and when they asked her, she shook her hands at me. Horrible experience, now feeling horrible I have to go home and cook. Thanks Peter Chang, you just lost a customer. It's too bad that this owner put money and greed in front of good customer service.

I ordered carry out orange chicken, pork dumplings and fried rice. Everything looked good. Unfortunately all of the food, including the dumpling sauce, was under seasoned. It was like opening a soda and finding it was flat. Disappointing.
Ordered my husband and I food tonight and it was straight up nasty . The food was cold . And the taste was not there . And whoever took my order had a nasty attitude . Will not be ordering from this place ever again .
Easily the best Chinese food in the area, no idea why it's rated so low or it was so dead when I went in

I was very glad to have found this restaurant. I imagined I would have to eat in a franchise but this local place was great. The place has ample seating, fast service and the food was amazing.
I wish I could bring this place back to my hometown. You're luck if you live around here.

No napkins, no eating utensils and didn’t get the sauce I requested. Food was bland and the veggie lo mein only had brocolli. Very disappointed.

Food wasn't that good, had worse but this was close to it... and the lady that acted like the owner was very rude and crazy.. and also they wanted to charge me $2.00 for hot sauce.. WHAT!! Are you out of your mind? I would not eat here ever again!!!

Have not been here for a few years. Quality of food seems to have gone down a lot! Big quanties, not much flavor. Waiter did not know about items on menu, rushed us to order and to check out and I had a large hot pot of food to take home—no one helped, just gave us containers. $95 for two.
