Pho Saigon

Service was real good here. I believe it was better than most Pho places that I have been to. The pho was pretty good, but not the best. I had the one with everything included. Portion size as usual was good just like most of the Phos. But it seemed like they charged more if you wanted more garnished and such but other places never have done that so that was new to me. I wouldn't say it was the best pho I have had, but it was still good.

My date and I went here without hearing about it, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Lisa and her family were so incredibly personable. I really felt like I was an old friend, despite never having been there in my whole life. The pho was excellent and I’m sure all the other menu items would be as well. The service was extremely quick and very compensating, and the environment was very cozy and welcoming. If I am ever back in Fredericksburg, I would most certainly go again!

I’m more than certain the pho I ordered from here a few days ago gave me food poisoning. The beef broth had a sour taste to it and the brisket was off too. I wouldn’t order take out from here because the quality served at the restaurant is not the same for their take out and it shows

I've thought about it for a few days now, and I fear it may be true. Perhaps I'll come to regret this and come back to change my mind and my review.

That said, I think it's possible that Pho Saigon is the best bowl pho I've ever had.

I've had great pho all my life around DC and Northern Virginia. I've had pho in different states. I've had pho in the West Coast. I've had pho in three Vietnamese provinces. The truth is that the best broth is here in Fredericksburg.

Even more confounding, the service is excellent. Typically, the best pho places have impatient, impersonal, or absent staff. I even consider bad service an indicator of good food at times. After being sat and greeted so warmly, my expectations were low for the soup. Imagine my surprise.

There's no reason these people should be this nice, their broth this rich, their lunch special this value. This restaurant does not make any sense.

I was really looking forward to this restaurant because of all the good reviews but my fried rice was so unflavored and bland, and so were the crispy egg rolls. My friends pho smelled rotten too.

Enjoyed a great Vietnamese dinner today right here in Fredericksburg VA. Great Pho, and Vermicelli bowls. Friendly staff, good portions. I would highly recommend.

I use to love this place & that’s why I just gave them a 3rd try hoping things would be back to normal. Pho noodles continue to be soft & mushy. I figured the first 2 times could’ve just been a mistake but after this time im convinced something changed for the worse. Also the brisket has been sliced very thin which makes it brittle & shred up. It’s a shame I have to drive to Mannasas to get good Pho now.

What an operation! Been here a few times and it's quickly becoming a regular in my rotation.

The staff run this place so efficiently and are so friendly and constantly communicating with one another which makes for a lively atmosphere, especially when busy.

The pho is excellent and the broth is especially well made and rich. Servings sizes are healthy and well worth the price.

The interior is clean, if not a bit cramped, while busy. But it has its own cozy charm and the staff seem to know their regulars and this place has the feel of a local staple.
