They got a guy working here. He’s the freaking man took us in at 11 PM when McDonald’s shut their doors to some hungry customers. This is the only place to go for late night eats. Haven’t even had the food yet and I know it’s gonna be fire because the man hooked us up. If you trying to eat something five stars it’s the best. I’m not even kidding right now. Just FYI, you can pick it up from the drive-through window without a car fire.

I’ve always liked Pizza Hut thin and crispy pizza. The Tavern Style Pizza works well as thin and crispy. Square cut. Easy to eat. Somewhat crispy texture with big toppings. I like their breadsticks too. The marinara sauce cups that come with the bread sticks are getting smaller. That is what it is. I’ve always liked the Pizza Hut on Powhatan Street in Fredericksburg. I get the best pizzas and best service here. These days I’m just getting carry out mostly and not eating inside. Staff is friendly and prompt to assist customers. Restaurant is clean. Atmosphere is quiet. Worth your while to drive a little distance and go to this Pizza Hut.

My order was left outside by my detached garage all night without anyone brining it to our back door which is where you would come in at. Over $40 worth of food wasted. Who in the world would treat a customer like that. I want a refund!!

I went to this location because I used to go as a kid and wanted to take my kids for the first time, a nostalgia thing for me I guess. Mannnnn what a wasted trip. An hour to get a med Hawaiian pizza, a melt, personal pan cheese pizza and a penne pasta bowl, there was only one other couple in the restaurant on Tues evening. $75 for meh food is robbery. We don't even spend as much at cracker barrel on Sunday morning while getting way more food🤣🤣🤣 needless to say, Pizza Hut is dead

Ordered Honey BBQ wings as seen on receipt. No sauce on wings.
This location….couldn’t fulfill a simple order. Then when called to discuss the discrepancy, the said they couldn’t find a manger to deal with the discrepancy. They asked me to give my phone number and the manger would call me back. I waited 30 minutes and called back to see if I could get a resolution to my order and they told me that it would take an hour for phone call back from the Manager because the manager was at another store. This is why customer service in the food service industry is failing. Lack of leadership, lack of attention to detail, and zero care for the customer who ordered a specific item that was unfulfilled. I will not order from Pizza Hut again anytime soon and I will never Order from this establishment ever. They have failed to fulfill the minimum requirements of customer service and have failed to care about customer needs. I paid for products that I expected and received lesser products and the run around. This franchise is leadership less and lacks professional customer service.
The Manager called me back exactly one hour after I called to inquire as to why my complaint. During that conversation she stated it was Door Dash that would have to answer even though the receipt clearly showed Door Dash had correctly ordered the items I wanted. I then explained to her that it wasn’t Door Dash’s fault they improperly provided subpar products as shown on the store provided receipt. Tonight this location proved they lack QA/QC processes and it demonstrates a lack of real leadership to provide quality services at the high prices they garner.
They sent me the wrong order, and then refused to pick up the phone when I called to get it corrected. Money wasted, do not waste your time and money also.
Man I was thoroughly impressed by the service! I made an online order for Valentines day! And like the doofus I am, I screwed it up. But the young guy on the phone was Uber helpful, and he assisted ne in getting my order delivered!!
