I didn’t go there for a meal. I had a DoorDash and they didn’t have the pizza bags over there. It was just the manager that I was being rude towards her in the side. She wanted to be rude towards me so they were very un polite and unprofessional all because I was asking did they have a pizza bag so I can take a picture so I can finish the order and the order was only two dollars

Awful place to eat. I was told to sit anywhere except the back. I was surprised when a gentleman went straight and sat at the table that I was told I could not sit. Not really sure if this was racial profiling but it happened and I will never dine at Pizza Hut again. Pizza was loaded with tomato sauce and the cheese was halfway melted and the coke was watered down.

The worst customer service ever, so many people ignored the phone calls ringing and was in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting , so many people passed by and took forever to help on a food order, what a shame !

The white women and men in there are rude as hell!!! Patriot hwy pizza hut sucks!!! Maybe the one by the college can do better!!! Ordered pizza for my family, the cheese tastes like plastic, and the crust was like cake. If you want pizza don't get it from here, get it from Sam's pizza or the courthouse café, they have so much better pizza.
Door Dash delivered me the wrong order, tried calling the store never got through. Rings for 5 mins then a busy signal tried calling and getting transferred same thing. Had to order more food from somewhere else. Ridiculous

Ordered again today for delivery. One of the Pizzas was burnt. One of the pastas barely has anything in it. Food seemed like it was there a while before it was delivered.
The last time we ordered, it took and hour after we were notified that pizza was out for delivery. Then, our pizza was lukewarm and it was wrong. We called the store and the manager could care less. This was the third time this has happened from this store. We are not ordering from this store anymore and do not recommend an order for delivery.

Yet again I had food delivered, didn't get all of my items, was offered a refund instead of bringing me the missing items, and then didn't get the refund. I had no idea that my items were being delivered by DoorDash, or else I wouldn't have ordered at all. I'm done. All told, I paid an additional $15.00 above my bill for delivery fee and a tip to the driver, I didn't get everything I ordered, and I didn't get a refund. Order from a mom and pop that is grateful for your business. The food will taste better anyway.
