Ordered delivery, they have done away with actual employees who deliver and now go exclusively through doordash. Which is a problem I have never had more mistakes with orders. PLEASE GO BACK TO DELIVERY DRIVERS THAT WORK FOR PIZZA

Went in to eat, haven’t seen a eat in Pizza Hut with salad bar in years, was in the area for work, saw they had a deep dish pizza for eat in only, decided to get one and wow it was delicious, extremely fresh and hot, very friendly staff, would absolutely go there again for one of these
Today my co-worker and I decided to order Pizza Hut 8 miles from our office. Mind you we could have went to any of the other pizza places in this area closer. I tried several times to order online and kept getting an error when processing the payment. But my card was charged 5 times at that point. I called the number for the local restaurant and got a 3rd party. Tried to put the order in with her, she said the card was not going through but again I can see the charge on my card. Now we are up to 6 charges and still no order placed. I gave her another card. Same thing, charged the card but saying the card is not going through. She transferred me to the store but in the process hung up on me. I called the store directly to place the order. Again card charged but she was saying it was not going through as well. Now we are up to 8 transactions and no order. She tried again and she said it went through. Now I have 9 pending charges for 27.00 order on my card. On top of all this the store wouldn't honor the prices that are listed online. Even with it being an error with their system. The lady in the store was kind, only plus...This was not worth the hassle and the food was not even good. I hope all these chares fall off. Luckily I have money in my accounts to cover these charges.
Dining in is always a great experience. Pizza is hot and fresh and service is top notch!

Always a classic pizza especially the typical deep dish pan pizza. Staff is nice and easy to communicate with.
Wings are way way overpriced I charge $22 for a dang 12 wings utterly ridiculous! 1*. We're large pizza was way cheaper. 12 wings shouldn't be more than $12. For $22 I better be able to smoke them and get Hiiiighghhn

2nd time and never again, thought I would give them another shot but what was I thinking. Went into eat, sat us and I asked if they had coke zero the waitress said, no but Weis does! So ok. Apparently you don't want us here so we left! Bad service, horrible employees, just never again!!

I am a pizza freak. The food was good as always however the same cannot be said for the employees and the overall atmosphere.I have been going to this location for a while now and the last four…ish… visits have been very different. The food was great; however the staff were not very welcoming at all. One guy completely ignored me when I was simply asking if they were able to handle my pickup or if I just wait here for someone, which I said as nice as possible in my usual friendly tone and peppy demeanor, he walked off saying nothing and a lady showed up after. She was shy and quiet but that was a huge step up when compared to anyone else. When she went to get my order, another employee was stopping her asking random questions then got upset when she walked away to continue with my order. He said something along the lines of, “Hey, I’m f###### talking to you.” which astounded me considering swearing is usually heavily discouraged in any setting… Other times have just been met with me feeling ignored or unwelcome by various people at this location.If something could be done about these employees' rude demeanor and unprofessionalism I, and I’m sure many others, would be more than grateful…However, I will not be coming to this location anymore after today.(Edit): Felt the need to add this, I have never written a review before on a public website like this. I usually do it all in person, however I felt due to the frequency and overall terrible staffing experience, this was necessary.
