I visited the Pizza Hut with my family for a redo. I ordered what was wrong the first time along with an order of Buffalo boneless wings and lemon pepper boneless wings and a 2 L soft drink. Originally the cheese I ordered on the last pizza was not there at all. I emphasize this time, that I wanted to see the extra cheese that I paid for. When the pizza came out, there was no extra cheese. It took me 40 minutes to get the boneless wings that I ordered. The cashier was not in a very good mood. He did not seem very friendly and wanted to accommodate my needs. I have been in Friendly or places then the Pizza Hut I was at tonight. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza, but now it seems as though the quality of ingredients are very Slack and it doesn't seem that people care anymore. Cheese is one of the main ingredients of a pizza and it seems as though the Pizza Hut is afraid to put the cheese on the pizza. Also on my visit I noticed one of the cooks in the back pull up his shirt I saw the crack of his behind and he began to scratch all around his stomach his back and close to his behind. That really really turned me off I will never eat there again.

Ordered a large hand tossed pizza with extra sauce and instead got a thin crust with no sauce? The 2nd pizza was stale. Neither pizza was edible so I tried to feed it to my dogs but they won't even eat it and they eat their own poop from time to time. Never ordering pizza hut again.

Don't usually order a pan pizza, but it was cooked perfectly. Also ordered some boneless wings and they awesome. We were traveling and lucked out with a really good pizza hut.

Usually when I order from Pizza Hut the food is great that's why I go back so many times but sometimes it all depends on the cook that your food is not cooked right mostly overcooked especially the buffalo wings other than that the New Yorker Pizza is always great

If you guys are in the area , or live nearby definitely make it a point to stop in and say hello to miss Pygmi ( God I hope I spelled that right ) she's awesome definitely will help you with anything you need as well as correcting any issues with your order . I was like two bucks short on my sons cinnabons and she went in her purse and made up the difference without a second thought. Made my son's day and definitely mine , thank you so much . Would leave my number for you buuuut maybe that's reaching , lol . Gives me a reason to come back in ???

Pizza hut got so cheap that now the red onions changed to yellow. It looks ugly and invisible.My pizza had so little toppings on it.. i got a veggie pizza with 3 toppings.$15 minimum to get delivery expensive which means with a tip one pizza is $26.Ya'll use doordash drivers.13.99 for 3 toppings. Use to be 10 dollars

Pizza Hut quality of food is not the same. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. Simple order.. The pizza was so dry that my two year old was crying trying to eat it. It barely had any cheese and sauce. The cheesesticks were okay but was lacking cheese. Customer service is terrible as it took multiple attempts to even get our order. After being made a 2nd time bc they had given 1st order to another customer, they then gave our 'new' order to another customer who had to return it and they tried to give us that returned order. Dont Covid Us! So they gave us another order. Pizza did not taste fresh at all. Very disappointing.
