Pizza Hut

The wait times on Sunday evening are really long for pickups.i had to wait 50 minutes for a piiza.

Unfortunately I experienced some pretty rude customer service here. I placed an online order for in store pickup and when I was waiting inside for my food I had a huge urge to use the restroom quickly. I asked the lady upfront politely if I could please use the restroom. She said no. I then asked again politely “please I just need to use your restroom quickly. She responded and said “I said no, you can go over next door and use theirs”. I then asked why can’t I just use the restroom quickly. She then gave me a nonsense explanation. How do you know the customer doesn’t have a medical condition? I didn’t appreciate the rude attitude especially as a paying customer. I was not able to get the employees name but was able to get a photo. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Ordered from here by phone on 5/02/25, after about an hour we called to see where our food was and called several times no answer, after finally getting through they claim they didn’t have our order but charged me for it? Make that make sense. The person over the phone hung up on us after we explained they charged us for the order. Rude customer service. Will never order from here again. Got scammed!!! And now I have to dispute a charge.

Pizza was cooked perfectly and ready as I came in the door. Staff are right on it and so friendly. Love the convenience of this place too!

I had a great experience today. I had some difficulties with my online order request time. Rose did amazing and she handled it very polite and kind and amazing customer service experience. I couldn’t thank her enough for letting my husband pick up the order at 4pm and she made sure our order was made fresh ❤️ I appreciate it a lot Rose the kids enjoyed their pizzas today. You are amazing 🥰

Quick and nice service. Pizza was extremely greasy both pizzas.

I have been to this Pizza Hut twice so far and am pretty happy with it. I didn't care much for the boneless wings the 1st time but I enjoyed the pizza. The 2nd time I got pizza and roasted garlic cheesesticks. The cheesesticks were really good.

I received an incorrect order (wrong item). I requested a redelivery and was assured it would happen. It never did and I was not given a refund. Now I am forced to escalate this up to my bank.

This is I’d say the 5th time I have had this issue with this particular pizza hut.

This somewhat new pizza hut location has amazing service. Everyone I've talked to behind the counter there is nice and once even gave me free buffalo sauce.The food is good if you like pizza hut. I've seen disgusting pizza huts, but this location is not one of them!

Ordered via telephone and got charged never received order then when I called “ the manager” daisy said she doesn’t see any order from the address and can’t help !! $44 charge to my account and never received and no record of order??

This is my second Time ordering a pizza to go directly from this store and both times I was very pleased at how friendly and attentive the guy was that took and prepared my order my receipt says his name is Randall so shout out to you on your exceptional customer service and also the pizza was delicious both times!
