Ate there tonight. Had the $23 filet mignon. It was burnt on the outside, medium on the inside (I ordered medium), and was very dry. No liquid -no juice at all. I’d read about meat glue being used with filet mignon. I could pull one of the burnt ends apart like an accordion. This is not normal for this cut of meat. It’s disgusting and was a huge waste of money. Never again.
Freezing inside. It’s like eating dinner inside of a refrigerator. I know the theory if it’s colder they eat more and leave quickly. Not everyone, I placed my order and as I sat there waiting,I realized, I could not stand it anymore. My party decided to leave and go elsewhere. If you’re ever in the mood for pneumonia, Texas Road House is for you!!!!
