As I travel through the south I try and stop at the local Texas Roadhouse for the consistency in quality. This is a good restaurant to stop in for a meal. Good service and good food.

The food was ok rolls were so light they looked like they could have stayed in oven longer and there was two flies that was a constant bother the entire time.

Ate there tonight. Had the $23 filet mignon. It was burnt on the outside, medium on the inside (I ordered medium), and was very dry. No liquid -no juice at all. I’d read about meat glue being used with filet mignon. I could pull one of the burnt ends apart like an accordion. This is not normal for this cut of meat. It’s disgusting and was a huge waste of money. Never again.

The food here is fantastic! Although we don't, you have the option to choose your own steak before being seated. Their steaks are cooked to perfection no matter howbuou like it: rare, medium or well done. I foregone like their chilli 🌶 as a side & my entrée of choice is their beef tips. Try it, you'll like it!

It's been a long time since I have had a proper B&B stake. Crips skin with perfect give. No need to chew. It was perfect.
