First time trying their nuggets and they were so good and so was the side of red beans and rice. The only frustrating thing was how long we spent in the drive thru line. It was a mix of someone ordering a large and customized order and the employee. Granted it was at like 8pm at night but drive thrus are supposed to be quick. We had an upset baby in the car otherwise we would have gone inside
Ordered over 50$ of food for my family and got the meanest, dirtiest looks from everyone in the kitchen and felt very unwelcomed and didn’t get my order right at all I wish I could give a negative review I’ve never been so disappointed or felt robbed before BEWARE check your order before you leave 3–24-24

We stopped by Popeyes for dinner. Service was friendly and helpful, our food came out hot and accurate. We both tried the wings, they were both spicy and delicious.

Well, we just ate our last meal from Popeyes. We ordered a 12-piece signature chicken box. 6 of those pieces were super tiny wings. I literally ate one in a single bite. They've continually gone downhill and the service is hit or miss, as is the order accuracy. But at least the apple pie was good!

The location at 5611 plank Rd deserves a Zero 0, was the worst experience I've had. I was ignored. The guy mgr/supervisor was terrible.It was a black man in front of me that just came from the drive thru saying his order was wrong - the mgr then replaced it with no problemSo it's my turn, I did not get greeted, however I asked if they had the $6.99 bundle he quietly said no, I then asked if I needed the code he said yes, I said ok let me get my phone.... I went out the door and coming back in the door was the same black man with his box of food again. I quickly grabbed my phone and then went back in. As I'm behind the man the mgr finally comes back to the counter and the man states he ordered the 3 piece but only got 2... The mgr fixed it and the man left and so did the mgr... The mgr just left me standing there without helping me with my order. I yelled out loud "why am I being ignored and I just got a blank stare"Again a horrible experienceI'm sure no upper management will respond

Will I be back? Yes, but I'm not happy about how many times they've gotten my order wrong and shorted my food. Also, the habanero wings are terrible. Not spicy at all and they have no flavor, seasoning or salt. Has the culinary team who dreamt this up ever had a habanero pepper?
Unfortunately, we are mostly disappointed with this location. I ordered roasted garlic parmesan wings and got spicy wings. I hate spicy food. They often forget to put something in the bag. No change this time. We take long breaks from ordering at this location. This may be a permanent break.

I have had so many bad experiences with this Popeyes. Tonight the chicken nuggets I ordered were completely raw and some parts of the nuggets were completely impossible to chew. I have previously had other issues such as getting shrimp tails in my nuggets and finding an actual human booger in my mashed potatoes. Absolutely appalling. Never eating here again

1. my chicken sandwich wasn't spicy even though it was rung up spicy. 2. we ordered a large lemonade with our large tender meal received a small. 3. when we asked to trade the small for the large we got charged with another large drink that we didn't receive 4. charged with a extra large Cajan fry that we didn't receive5. tenders were old. all 6 tenders in the meal tasted like they had been sitting for hours.6. didn't receive the sauces we asked for. we'd like a refund
