Popeyes quality seems to vary greatly from location to location. I'm pleased to report it's excellent here. The service surprised me though. Much friendlier and more professional than you often see in fast food today.

I appreciate the thoughtful customer service and the effort that was really taken. I didn’t get his name but he walked around the store to give me my order, He needs a raise/promotion. ASAP.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location on April 18th. From the moment I walked in, the service was unwelcoming. The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers and displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy.

The bathroom was out of order, which was incredibly inconvenient. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to not have functioning restrooms for its guests.

When I finally received my food, it didn’t taste like it usually does at other Popeyes locations. The flavor was off, and it made me question the freshness and quality of what I was served.

Overall, this visit was far below the standards I expect from Popeyes. I hope management takes these issues seriously and works on improving both their facilities and customer service.

This week I went to this popeyes to buy 3 pieces of spicy chicken at night, at about 10:15 at night, they asked me to park in front, they took a long time to deliver them, the chicken was cold and the service was terrible, I asked to talk to the manager and they told me that he was not available

I wish could give this place a negative 10 I've ordered from here a few times because it's who grubhub uses fyi don't use GrubHub stick with Uber eats but the food is always prepared incorrectly it's either cold,old they don't even have a contact number where they can be reached when problems like this happen and i made the statement about GrubHub because even with them messing my order up multiple times after giving them chances they will only refund or help with your order once even when you have proof of everything being wrong in your order SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY DONT GO HERE AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE

This evening, I visited the Popeyes drive-through and ordered dinner for my wife and I. I ordered as usual, two three-piece chickens, five dollars each for the three-piece deal on the app under menu. When I pulled up to the window to pay, I noticed that the price of our food was a bit high for the “deal“. I asked the lady at the window, why the discounts were not applied to our order. The lady and now, two guys at the window says that the three piece chicken deal, only applies to online orders. However, on the app, which is online it does not say anywhere on the menu or the offer that it is only for online orders. when I pointed this information out to her, she then says, the three piece chicken deal ended on January 31st which is completely false. The offer doesn’t have an expiration date on the app. No one should have to argue with the store manager, whom by the way would not share her name. The store manager also kept closing the window on me, which was very rude and stared at me through the window when I was trying to get her attention. someone that acts like this needs to be retrained and taught the proper way to run a restaurant franchise. I ended up paying the full price because the store manager held my food for ransom and declined service to me unless I paid the full price. there is no clear way to reach Corporate other than to contact via phone. of course Corporate was closed at 7:00pm at night. so I am leaving this review on Google. There was definitely something wrong with the store manager at this location. I was surprised she even let me pay for my food at all. I do not recommend this location.

Terrible customer service. The store manager was very rude. She didn’t give us the deal that was on the app. It was supposed to be 3pc signature chicken for $5. The store manager claimed that the deal was expired but the deal does not have an expiration date. When we pulled it up on the app and showed her the deal. She still wouldn’t honor it. We ended up paying full price for the meal, but only because we were hungry. Also, you have to order it online, otherwise they won’t honor the deal. Which is silly because it does not say online only on the app. Corporate should also do a better job on giving promotions, because it feels like false advertising.

I ordered a 3 piece dark. They gave me thigh leg and a wing. They charged me for a large meal size without asking. Just trying to get as much out of me as they can. Food also had zero flavor or seasoning. Ended up being 19 for one meal and an apple pie. Not going back. But i was hungry so i just paid and ate

Love the spicy chicken...when ita fresh the it has a crunch like no other..
