Made an order thru DOORDASH. Will never choose this location again . 1 3pc tender combo(mashed potatoes and gravy) and 1 5pc tender combo (mashed potatoes and gravy) and two additional sides (red beans and rice and Cajun fries) . I only received two drinks and 1 3pc tender and 1 5pc tender…. NO FREAKING SIDES AT ALL. This Blew my mind . All this extra money I’ve paid to not receive my correct order. To top it off…. You can’t even call in to the store to talk to anyone, nothing but a Busy tone for the past 45 mins

I ordered spicy chicken wings, the small 12 in a pack and a fried pickles. The chicken wings was saturated covered in this spicy powder that overwhelmed the taste of anything you didn’t even taste the chicken who cover the chicken wings with that much powder. I never bought them like that before And all the batter on the pickles were wet and falling off of them The worst experience I ever had at Popeyes I paid $19.90 for a bag of garbage

Every time I come here , they can’t not hear me when I speak clearly, also have an attitude. I have had at least 2 girls give me an attitude for asking to add something to my order or just reading my order back to me because they forgot something all the time.

I watched a biscuit fall into the dish sink, get picked back up, brushed off with bare hands, put into a box, and then served to a customer.... That sink was dirty too...

Service takes forever and 3 times in a row we have to go back in line to get the sauces they forget to give. Do not recommend

Tried to order here some time ago for my pop because he loves their chicken, pull up to the drive thru, I tried ordering a chicken strip meal, I dont think english was a primary language here, because I was told no then they preceed to tell me what I'm going to get, and start adding it to my order, never again.

They basically stole our money. We got home and the chicken was hard, lukewarm, dry@ and old. Sides were hot but the chicken was almost inedible. Would take too much time to return so we fed it to the dogs. Make sure you check your food before leaving the line.

Food was not good. Chicken fried so hard we had to return a couple pieces. Prices higher than advertised on TV
