Terrible experience, NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING NOR DO THEY SPEAK ENGLISH! I tried to use my app coupons but couldn’t because they said they don’t take them, Now WHY in the world would I build up my points not to use them! Then when I asked to speak with a manager nobody could tell me anything! It was 2 different women who were supposedly the managers! NOBODY knew the corporate number or anything then I open my food and I have 2 bottom buns! Like they just really DONT CARE!!!! DONT GO HERE!

We arrived at the front end counter we waited over 10 minutes together the order taken. After they just stood there and looked at us. Also rude customer service ? The coleslaw was horrible and watered down. The wings had no sauce they were just fried chicken wings. So not what I paid for. Also I noticed the tend to drive thru more than customers who are ordering to dine in. We also recieved our food in bags when we told the lady we were dining in . While there observing at least 5 customers came back in from drive thru complaining about there orders. I will never go here again get some customer service.

Customer service is absolutely terrible I will never understand why someone works a customer service job and has an attitude with customers as soon as they pull to the window.

I had to wait 50 minutes for my order to be delivered because they told me to park and they erased my order from the screen and they never made it when I came to the window to ask, they didn't know about my order and they just made fun of me and laughed that now it was coming out, I really don't recommend There is no one responsible to step up in these cases, only children who take up people's time.
