The food is some of the best in Virginia, a plain fact. I have lived in Mexico City, California, Texas, and Arizona because of job transfers and have eaten Mexican food many times in different styles, Jaliscan, Sonoran, Tex Mex, etc. We finally found this place about 9 years ago and are steady customers. The food is very very good and I love the fact that it is a family owned business and the family works as cooks and servers. The very definition of small family owned business that deserve the chance to compete against the biggest chains. For those of us that know Mexican food and have tried many variations, this is the best within a 50 mile radius, period.

I highly recommend the Tex Mex tacos! Some of the best tacos I have personally eaten.

Excellent food, excellent service! Shorter menu than many Mexican food restaurants (about 40 selections as opposed to 80 or more), but the menu had ample choices. Seating is outdoors and covered during COVID and it was a pretty, sunny, cooler day. Will return!

Fantastic little local Mexican joint! Frozen peach margarita is excellent and the food was all top notch. The chips are perfectly thin and the salsa is great. Don't forget to order the queso!

Another exceptional meal. The salsa is incredible. As are the margaritas. Their house ones are great but so was the pineapple frozen one.

Have been here a few times and first couple of experiences were good. The last time I was here about two weeks ago we ordered about $40 worth of food and drinks. We just finished our first order of chips and I asked for another round, come to find out they charge after the first round. News to me. I said that was fine and paid the additional amount. When the second round came there was hardly enough salsa for both of us and when I asked for a bit more of their watered down salsa he said ok that’s another charge…I explained what we got wasn’t enough for two people and in the middle of speaking to him a female waitress and or manager interjected herself into the convo and said yeah it’s an up charge for more no questions asked, I just said ok…she was extremely rude and I was shocked at how bad the service was. Food was mediocre at best as well. Soup n taco is wavelengths better than this place. Don’t waste your time.

The food here was great! I’m vegetarian and ordered the veggie Chimichanga. It was delicious! The wait staff here was very friendly and attentive! We will definitely be dining here again!

The staff was nice, but you can’t eat inside. The food isn’t so good. It has no flavor.

Had dinner with wife and son. I had steak (flavorful ribeye cooked perfectly rare), wife head chicken and shrimp fajitas which were very flavorful. My son had a chimichanga which he wouldn't share so that tells you all you need to know right there. Service was great. The queso dip I ordered with the tortilla chips was nothing to brag about. Overall, an excellent meal. Definitely one of my go-to's in Fredericksburg for good Mexican food.

Live this place! Wife and go not as much as we want, but food is good, prices are good, and service is great! Get the Sangria!
