The food is some of the best in Virginia, a plain fact. I have lived in Mexico City, California, Texas, and Arizona because of job transfers and have eaten Mexican food many times in different styles, Jaliscan, Sonoran, Tex Mex, etc. We finally found this place about 9 years ago and are steady customers. The food is very very good and I love the fact that it is a family owned business and the family works as cooks and servers. The very definition of small family owned business...
Excellent food, excellent service! Shorter menu than many Mexican food restaurants (about 40 selections as opposed to 80 or more), but the menu had ample choices. Seating is outdoors and covered during COVID and it was a pretty, sunny, cooler day. Will return!
Fantastic little local Mexican joint! Frozen peach margarita is excellent and the food was all top notch. The chips are perfectly thin and the salsa is great. Don't forget to order the queso!
