Got take out from this restaurant while on a business trip. And I concur with the trip advisor reviews! I order their Pattaya Noodles and they were delicious (could be a little spicier, but I should have asked for a side of chil paste). Recommended.

I was really looking forward to checking out Saithong Para Thai given its high marks, but I was disappointed. The food definitely tasted like it was homemade, which is always great, but the taste wasn’t there. I always judge a Thai restaurant by its Pad Thai and the one at SPT had room for improvement. I will say, however, that the appetizer I ordered was unlike any I’ve ever tried at a Thai restaurant. I also had a Thai iced tea, but it was way too sweet. SPT is a restaurant run by a husband-wife team—she cooks and he runs takes orders. They have been in the restaurant business for years now and moved to Virginia (from Maryland) just a few years ago. The restaurant itself has approximately ten tables and there’s lots of orders for pick-up. There is plenty of parking in the shopping plaza.

We found this wonderful Thai restaurant in a strip mall off of Route 17 just west of I-95 and stopped by 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close for the evening, but they kindly took our to-go order. My Chicken Panang Curry and my spouse's Shrimp Green Curry were excellent; both were piping hot and spicy and came with Jasmine rice. The interior of the restaurant offers a bar and tables with beer and wine served; we'll be back soon for more of their delicious Thai cuisine.

I was familiar with this area but never heard of this place until I did a search for new restaurants in the area. It is on route 17 approximately 1/2 mile off I95. It is located in a strip mall just behind McDonald's and the car wash which will be on your right. Turn at the traffic light just before McDonald's. Pancho Via will be on your right side as you make the turn. This restaurant is across the street on your left. The place is rather small. It is family run. We had the Hawaiian Beef and Saithong Chicken Mild. Both of the dishes were very good. If you meet up with the owner who was waiting on the tables while his wife was in the back doing the cooking, he is a bit talkative. It just comes with the territory having been stationed in Thailand. Very affordable as well.

Great and clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Food is always fresh and authentic Thai! I would highly recommend stopping by and trying if you're in the Fredericksburg area.

Came with a tour group and we were put in a private dining area. Staff was nice making sure we had drinks and cleaned up plates. Food options were plenty and tasted great.

Decided to stop for lunch in Fredericksburg, found this place in TripAdvisor and was not disappointed. Located in the shopping plaza, makes it easy to find. It was a memorial day weekend and the place was empty, was a bit wary but decided to try it an d was rewarded with a authentic and delicious Thai dishes. I had the Miang Kham for appetizer and Saithong chicken, awesome garlic and peanut sauce combination. The portions are a tad small, and that is the only downside.

My family and I go here as much as possible, the food is so good and the people who work here are super nice! The pupusas really bring me back to my childhood, they're so good- alone with everything else on the menu! It's a very good restaurant, and the price is great, too! I highly recommend eating here if you haven't yet!
