Good nine ball action and one pkt action great place come on down
I was a regular for a while. Always awesome staff and great friends. Stopped going because if the smoke. Recently went back for a tournament and regretted it after...sore throat from cigarette smoke! If they would go non-smoking this place would be 100%.

One of the few pool halls left. Good tables and decent prices. If indoor smoking bothers you don't go.
One of the best pool halls around the employees are always courteous and make you feel welcome.
The atmosphere is full of fun-loving people. I think you would like it and should try this place.

Have never been inside but they're always packed on weekends
Manager Daniel was very rude while serving at the bar. Seems to have terrible attitude everytime I deal with him.

Nice little spot for some pool. Tables are a little dated but good enough to play a nice pool game. People are allowed to smoke in here so be mindful.

Best shitty dive bar in the area! Smoking, drinking, darts, pool and a jukebox, what more could you ask for?

I have been coming to this place for a decade. Best pool hall in Fredericksburg when it comes to service drinks and tables.

When I walked into this café, I thought … WOW, nice pool hall! I like all the pool tables on one side of the facility and then all of the dartboard and a 13th table on the other side. (Should trade in that overflow table for an air hockey table!)
Anyway, I thought the place was great. The drink selection is really limited. Plenty of beer and cider, but for people who don’t drink beer and cider the selections are REALLY limited. No wine! None … not a drop. And the liquor displayed was bottom end … Jack, Jim, and a few other headache kind of names. Nothing good.
But, the one thing that will keep me from going back was getting the bill for shooting pool. Most other places charge by the hour per table, so that keeps things reasonable. Q Ball Café charges $0.12 per person at the table, and they do not have a means of keeping track who actively is playing pool during that time, so if you are associated with a pool table, you are getting charged $0.12 per minute ($7.20 per hour). Other locations are A LOT cheaper that this Café.
It's really too bad …
- great set-up
- need to fix the bar selections to include something for everybody
- BUT, STOP OVERCHARGING FOR POOL!!!
Right now, I won’t be back because of the cost of playing pool.

Decent service, not a great drink selection. I ordered the clam strips and fries... They tasted good, but not a lot of clam strips. We played pool, but it was overpriced. The drinks were decently priced, but it was smokey in there. The juke box was a nice addition. I would go back there if the pool wasn't so experience. It should be hourly per table, not charged per minute per person. The bathrooms were run-down but clean.
