QDOBA Mexican Eats

Horrible service.

Huge Thank you to Qdoba and North Fork Fresh Mex helping Amazon RMN3 put on great Anniversary event to celebrate our site turning 1 this year. Everybody went above and beyond to assist. Big S/O to Amy, Wendy and Blanca! Appreciate you all!

Our favorite Sunday after Church meal!!

This place is not the place for this style of Mexican eats. Chipotle is a thousand times better. Not even saying Chipotle is even great. But this place Qdoba is horrible not a chance we will ever eat here again!!! ;/

This is a really good location for Mexican fast food.

Got Surf and turf bowl. It lacked some flavor to me.

The food is typically delicious. However, I am disappointed because I purchased over $300 in gift cards and have been told my the giftees that the website and app does not let people use their giftcards at this location for online/app orders!! I tried personally and ended up having to pay two different times! My own gift card balanced shows- yet the website/app does NOT let me apply my giftcard funds! I have paid out of pocket unnecessarily because I wantes to order in advance and not stand in the long line. Super disappointing! My teenager son and his friends agree! I will NEVER purchase gift cards for this place again! Food is good as I said- but I feel like these cards are a waste because it's inconvenient to not be able to use it online/app! I even emailed customer service twice and kept getting the generic runaround to email digital services, etc. I even went in and spoke to the manager but super busy. (Understandably). She was friendly, but was not really helpful and just told me to try to use the giftcards in the line. I wish I knew this before I ordered $300 worth for the holidays as gifts. Totally inconvenient. Never again.

The food is top notch. I always get the 3 cheese nachos. They have a seasonal chicken tortilla soup that is amazing.

I've been going to this place for years and all of a sudden was told by a guy in there to show my app. The idiot saw my name and time placed for the order, and kept having to stare at it for 20 seconds before handing me the food I had to pay for with my hard earned money. Even said he only saw chips on the phone screen and not the meal when my First and last name on the app matched what was on the receipt attached to the bag. So I scrolled up and down to show him the entire order.

That's purely not right, I call and ask to speak to the manager and it's likely the same guy from the voice, he mentions a protocol they do now and it's not the reason I think when I never stated what the reason could be (profiling), and I ask when did the protocol start, he could never tell me and ask what is I want as if I'm trying to get something out of it.

I just simply couldn't believe this BS and it needs to be clarified or monitored closely because it came off very dumb, discriminatory and ignorant!

Usually Qdoba is great but on Christmas Eve, the food was a little off and there was communication issues with the people working there. I'm sure it will be better next time.

So clean, always. Skip Chipotle and get better food without pathogens.
