Quickway Japanese Hibachi

I used to come here all the time but now they have a new girl working the front counter and her attitude is so disgusting… Everytime I come in there, it’s always her at the front with earbuds in, chewing gum and rapping songs at the counter. The other girl that used to work there was so sweet, idk what happened or why they would ever put someone with this type of personality on a front counter. I have bad days at work but it seems like every day is a bad day for her. The other girl always got my order right and actually knew how to type them in. This other girl needs either therapy or more training! I’m not sure which.

If I could give no stars I would! The chicken was overcooked and only dark meat. The vegetables were just cabbage. Not like pictured with broccoli and carrots. The temperature of the food was cold even thought they made it front of me. Yum Yum sauce was thin and had no flavor!

I ordered this on Ubereats after seeing so many people getting takeout last week. I just moved here so I’ve been looking for a new hibachi place near me. I just got the chicken plate w fried rice and veggies. i’ve never tasted such weird chicken. it’s like sweet in a cinnamon sugar type of way. i’m so thrown off. i’m a frequent hibachi eater but ive never tasted anything like this. currently forcing down this whole meal that tastes like cinnamon sugar. do not recommend

I come here on a regular basis and the food is always pretty good but this time I ordered food for my sister and she had gotten a press on nail in her food… that completely ruined her appetite and I paid money for her food to have a nail in it. Please do better in regulating the employees to WEAR GLOVES!!!!! because that wouldn’t have happened in the first place if those were in place there is no reason for there to be a press on nail in her food. Fix this because that is very nasty.

I ordered from there site to have a delivery done first they didnt include what I asked for chopsticks and fork and after my delivery was finished which, by the way, was a headache? Because, according to Uber Eats, if you do not receive a pin number from them. And you do not have their app. They do not want to give you the actual food itself. So after fighting with Uber Eats to finally open up my food, to find out the food was incorrect. And then have to drive Back to the place where I ordered for delivery food and the manager to just say to me, oops, as if he didn't care less and again. When saying to him, I don't think it's right that you guys are charging me the delivery fees and everything else after I had to drive back to Your Facility Because It Was Wrong. It's very unfair as the customer 0 care 0. Wish to help at all for that. Their service was a one and the girl at the front argumentatively telling me I never ordered these things.Yes, I did.I'm so sorry.If your system did not kick it back with you that I asked for chopsticks and utensils, but I guess when you're delivering to a business, they're expecting you to either have it yourself or eat with your fingers

This location is fast and efficient with your order. Food was hot and servings were plentiful. Don't know who keeps giving bad reviews but they must have horrible taste. Yes I'm talking to you!
