Clean restaurant. Had a great server.
Crab legs, shrimp, clams, and crawfish were a bit overcooked, which made it hard to get the meat out of the legs. Cajun sauce was good.

The crab legs were dry on the inside. The egg was separated. I was reall annoyed and did not finish the food. I wasted $40.00

Hubby and I went there on Valentine’s days 2/14/25 and it was the BEST seafood experience we’ve ever had. Although their food was so good, but not as good as mine lol 😜. The food was tasty and flavorful. Yes, it was busy and we had to wait for about 40 mins to be seated. The line was all the way outside the restaurant, but the wit was worth it. Our beautiful waitress Briana was a kind soul. She’ll definitely succeed in life because of her kindness and truthfulness. She constantly checked on us and gave us an exceptional service. All the servants in the house were in good spirits despite their business. They were all smiling and bubbly.

Thank you again to the entire Team there. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Stopped in to place a to-go order and given a warm, friendly welcome. Placed my order - very short wait. Bag walked out to me! All with excellence in service. Get set to enjoy what has traditionally been a great seafood boil, and oh, what a let down. The food tasted days old and lacked the usual flair. Corn on cob so dry , it was almost popcorn kernels. I'm not sure what happened. I'd like to say it's winter. However, we usually make a large purchase in February for a birthday celebration, and up til now, it's been great.

My mother and children were there tonight to dine . She mentioned that the service was wonderful, the place was nice and clean . The decor was nice! Although everything they had was good expect she said the corn was overcooked and unfortunately throughout the rest of the night they all got very sick . It could have possibly been a bad day but they still did enough their time there.

First visit to Red Crab in Fredericksburg, and it was great. The atmosphere was nice, prompt service with hot and tasty food. My guest and I ordered a crab boil, and although I didn't, it was finger licking good 😋 I will certainly visit again. 😊

If I could do 0 stars I would . I ordered a seafood boil from here crawfish was gross no flavor at all got a pound and a half seems like they only put two tablespoons spoons of sauce on top of that crawfish meat was BLACK. And had a very bad fishy taste

I was invited to a birthday dinner on a Monday night here. The service was horrendous! It was not busy; however, we had to wait a very long time to be served drinks. The food took forever! We ordered appetizers, which didn't arrive until our food came. Our waitress could not speak english very well and could not answer any questions from the menu. I ordered crab cakes. They wer very salty and breaded. The rice that came on the side was plain sticky white rice, no flavor. My broccoli was cold. The food was plain nasty! WARNING: REVIEW YOUR BILL. The restaurant policy is to automatically add a 18% gratuity to your bill (for large parties) we only had 8 people on a slow night AND an extra 3% charge for paying with debit or credit card! It was a terrible birthday dinner experience for my friend. Our first red flag should have been the restaurant was almost empty at 6PM in FXBG. This was my first time dining here, needless to say we will not be coming back!!!
