It's Red Lobster fare. The seafood was prepared well. My wife and I really enjoyed the scallops. (It's cliche, but they really did melt like butter).

The service is amazing. Five stars to all, with kudos to Travis.

We arrived no one was at the hostess area
and no one else waiting but us. There is a dead lobster in the tank with live lobsters. We waited 8 minutes to be seated. Once seated another 8 minutes and no server showed up. Only four tables occupied in the restaurant. This was on 1/2/2026 at 2:00 pm. We left.

Ok so we went here a few months ago and the food was defiantly not worth the price , wait time for our drinks from the bar was ridicules. We could see the bar from our seats it wasn't busy the bar tender just wasn't making the drinks. We went back tonight only because someone gave us a gift card for xmas and it was latterly the same experience. Our waitress Kaelyn was great very attentive and apologized for our wait on the drinks. We knew it wasn't her fault she's not the bar tender or the cook. Management should be doing something about the bar tender and better cooks I don't know what's going on with this place but its going down hill, Red Lobster is on the higher end of restaurant establishments and we have had way better food and drinks at Applebee's or Bdubs. I feel bad for the waiters/waitresses here because they are probably taking the heat for things that are not in their control.

Worst restaurant I've been to in my entire life (and I've been to a lot of restaurants in a lot of states over many years) Food? Bland, dry, sad. Service? Sloooooow. Jalen was barely at our table. We were trying to pay and half-debated just leaving we waited so long. It felt like we were being held hostage. The restaurant wasn't even busy!

There were many issues with the food . However our waitress Kaelyn S was phenomenal! She was very apologetic for the wait and the issues we had. She was attentive and made sure we were constantly taken care of. Even with our food issues she made sure to fix our issues. The manager on duty did a very good job of rectifying the problems. Kitchen staff needs to get it together though.

My husband and I went in to have dinner one evening.. we sat there for an hour before we were served drinks from the bar, we sat for an hour and a half before food arrived and when we got it, the steamed items - lobster / crab legs were cold. But I don’t believe this is a SERVER issue, in fact he was very kind and attentive.. apologizing for the waits. I find it disheartening that the manager or someone higher up came up to make sure we got drinks and bad mouthed our server saying “he’s usually not on the ball… wanted to make sure you got your drinks” I said “yeah, we did but they are from the bar and your bartender has yet to make them. Your server is doing JUST fine.” Furthermore, another manager came out and spoke to us. He seemed kind and understand but I’d steer clear of red lobster all together. They have a serious issue in the KITCHEN not the servers. But it seems they rather place blame elsewhere. We left the server a good tip, as he’s working so hard for a company that is not supportive of him.

It was for my mom's birthday, and I feel responsible for it being a disaster at red lobster none of my meals were comped, but some of the party we had separate checks. I paid for myself and my mom overall, no one wants to return there and all have mentioned how things have changed and we're looking to do our next parties for the holidays and the other birthdays of other family members at other restaurants like Texas roadhouse I wish you would've offered a concession like her gift card or Something.

I haven't had Red lobster in many years and it was my girls first time. I couldn't remember what the food taste like but I enjoyed my salad very much that even my 8 year old eat my lunch too.
We almost walked back out when we entered due to the smell of the carpet. But it smell lighten when we start eating.
I was kinda shock over the prices though.
