I haven't had Red lobster in many years and it was my girls first time. I couldn't remember what the food taste like but I enjoyed my salad very much that even my 8 year old eat my lunch too.
We almost walked back out when we entered due to the smell of the carpet. But it smell lighten when we start eating.
I was kinda shock over the prices though.

Haven't been in Red Lobster in years however stopped in to see what changes that have been made. New menu items are great addition as it was lunch I went with classic surf and turf but look forward to going back for seafood boil.
Jasmine or waitress was awesome and on point great customer service and knowledgeable about the menu and explained all the new items with ease.

Great service and great hospitality! The manager and general manager were accommodating. The table in front of us was very rude and disrespectful to the staff. They handled the unwarranted altercation with care and compassion. Diante was very respectful and attentive.

Very chill smooth atmosphere place which is why we love it! Although it seemed things were a certain way in the kitchen you wouldn't know it. Will the bartender with his manager were great hosts. The food was perfect and on point. This location never disappoints.

I ordered Rapid Red Curbside. Arrived at 543 and parked in a designated spot. However I waited till 550 to turn my hazards on. Which by the way is ridiculous. I sat until 610 waiting for my order. Went inside and waited another 8 minutes while the manager talked in the corner with his back to the bar and my bag just sat there. Betsy(?) was a sweetheart. Very apologetic and offered to have it remade. Which I should have accepted. Lets just say the rest of my night included Pepto. Anyway, the Rapid Red Curbside isn't Rapid nor Curbside.

I came in for my birthday and I had the best waitress, Cheryl, whom made it the best birthday ever! She provided wonderful service, was so sweet and kind, and not only sang happy birthday to me but also had a RL birthday card with the staff’s signatures with birthday messages for me! In addition, the front of the house manager of the night was very attentive to our table and came around multiple times for small convos with my family and I. Amazing service, amazing food, amazing staff!

On August 2nd, 2025, around 8:00 PM, I picked up an Uber Eats order from Red Lobster in Fredericksburg. The first driver had likely stolen the order, and I thought the trip—and my earnings—were lost.

But then I met a woman at the restaurant, possibly the manager. From the way she listened, responded, and took action, I could tell: she truly loves her job.

Without hesitation, she had the kitchen remake the entire order so I could still deliver it to the customer. That moment reminded me that there are still people out there who care—not just about rules, but about people.

I’m truly grateful. I hope I meet more people like her in this line of work.

Red Lobster, you’ve got a gem on your team.
